potential to be great but not worth the price

This was a review I'm reluctant to put because I see so much potential. However as this restaurant charges 1500 hkd then I feel it's only fair people see a realistic take on this experience. First of all, the presentation of all the food was so chaotic with so many things on each plate I had no idea what the theme of the dishes even were. First of all, the presentation of all the food was so chaotic with so many things on each plate I had no idea what the theme of the dishes even were. Everything was plated so sloppy and in such large portions that at times it was quite overwhelming for a near 8 course meal for 2 people. Secondly alot of the food was good don't get me wrong but not great. When I can go to thailand and have street food with more flavor it begs the question of why I'm here in the first place paying this kind of money. Not a particular dish stood out. The third thing I want to say is when having a coursed meal bring 5 dishes at one time is not what most people expect and changes the dining experience. There is alot to say but I will just leave it with this. Also as far having a michilin star. I would be more skeptical of there recommendations now essentially in Hong-Kong!
