I have accompanied my parents to visit doctor in the upper level of Grand Central Plaza. We have decided to have dim sum from the closest location and we just walked in this restaurant. It used to be Jasmine Restaurant but it has changed to this restaurant. I don’t usually come here so I have no clue about the changing.
