6pm Dinner. One menu ($1,000 pp).U-shaped Counter seating 16-18, overlooking chefs at work at the charcoal grill. One private room.Here’s what we had.-Minced chicken ball in chicken soup with chrysanthemum.-Chicken Neck with yellow mustard-Cold dish: slow-cooked chicken breast with avocado slices sprinkled with Karasumi (Dried mullet roe).-Chicken Tenderloin topped with salmon roe wrapped in seaweed.-Liver patty Monaka. Although there were raisins to balance out the flavors, still tasted too bit

Here’s what we had.
-Minced chicken ball in chicken soup with chrysanthemum.
-Chicken Neck with yellow mustard
-Cold dish: slow-cooked chicken breast with avocado slices sprinkled with Karasumi (Dried mullet roe).
-Chicken Tenderloin topped with salmon roe wrapped in seaweed.
-Liver patty Monaka. Although there were raisins to balance out the flavors, still tasted too bitter for me.
-Steamed egg custard with chicken crown in crab meat sauce.
-Chicken breast
-Chicken skin. Crispy on the outside; soft, thick and moist inside. One of the best I’ve tried.
-Chicken heart artery. Or Chicken thigh for those who don’t like organs
-Bamboo charcoal and Japanese mugwort wheat gluten with chicken miso. Texture like mochi. Yummy.
-Palette cleanser: Yuzu + sweet potato sorbet
-Tsukune with egg yolk
-Gingko with parmigiano reggiano
-Chicken wing with the leftover egg yolk
-Chicken Thigh with sansho sauce
-Ramen in chicken soup topped with a few chicken strips. Looked particularly meager in the massive bowl. Chicken soup was thick with collagen- very yummy.
OR
Rice with minced chicken, truffle flakes and egg yolk topped with truffle paste. Much more substantial than the ramen.
Dessert: Wasabi ice-cream topped with chestnut; sweet potato tempura on the side. Sesame pudding on the left. This wasabi ice cream was the most pungent I have tried (others only tasted like vanilla).
In summary: good service. Enjoyable and recommended.
