With no horse racing today . My eyes can finally get a very good rest having lunch in front of this massive piece of green opened area. That's relaxing . Starting with semi buffet for the starters. It looks great as it should , but it is kinda let down for a seafood addict like me . I expected to see long crab legs, big clams and snails ,however, I don't see them . The rest I can find here isn't too flattering in taste neither . Kinda rough and salty . Not my lucky day. Ham and cheese collection

Sirloin (1.5" thick) is gorgeous . Perfect colour for medium rare, yet all juice still stored well in the meat . With the touch of charcoal grill favour , oh wow . I am speechless.

Marinated Pigeon is perfectly cooked too . My first time to have it in western style . This one is so juicy and tender . You can feel must have to be done at precise temperature and timing .

Dessert at buffet bar was alright . There is no surprise or anything particularly unique . But good enough of a variety as for a lunch .
With the special promotion for the birthday boy .It's definitely worth it still no doubt.
