为鼓励食肆透过提供食物份量选择和采取减少厨余措施，与顾客共同从源头减少厨余，环境保护署推出了「咪嘥嘢食店」计划，参与食肆如符合评核准则将获「咪嘥嘢食店」认可资格和获发「咪嘥嘢食店」的标志及标贴，以供张贴於店舖内和宣传，供顾客识别。此计划全年均接受申请，申请费用全免。

We arrived at 6:45 PM but without a reservation. The maitre'd asked if we are there for the western buffet. We said we are there for the Chinese restaurant but he said it was full. I asked if there was any opening later, his reply was perhaps 10:30. He did not offer to take a reservation for another evening. I asked how far in advance one should reserve a table, he said 3 to 4 days ahead. He did not even offer a card so one can call to make a reservation; I asked for one, he gave me 2. We are wo

We are world travelers with knowledge of the finest dining. We do not plan to dine at Yue because the staff is so lacking in hospitality.
