Based on my experience here, I'm struggling to think of a single reason that would make this restaurant tolerable. I guess I should've listened to the other negative reviews here, because they turned out to be all true! First, the food was just a hot mess. The escargot was somehow very flavorless and bland. I asked for my steak to be cooked medium rare, and it came out well done. I asked (nicely) for it to be remade, and the manager gave me the nastiest look before she said that I had asked for

At this point, I had lost my appetite and we just hurried through the rest of our dinner. Thanks for ruining our evening, Metropolitain. You've managed to showcase Hong Kong "hospitality" at its "best."
