今日放假一天去咗Tosca食set lunch. 定位嘅时候窗口位已经满晒,不过去到竟然有枱, what a nice surprise. 因为次次去亲The Lounge 食 tea都一定无窗口位坐。坐低之后,waiter 问要sparkling or still water, 那时立刻知道又要俾钱饮水,不过算啦系高级餐厅,价钱就真系贵咗啲,成$98一枝aqua. 之后好快就送上一啲热辣辣既面包,真系好好食,而且想食几多有几多。我最钟意既就系cheese baguette. 颜色系黑色,唔通落咗黑芝麻?好香口!My friend and I ordered the following set lunches. 可惜无影低餐牌所以啲𩠌名都不记得!2-course ($350)前菜: Grilled eggplant with provolone cheese (芝士煎得好香好好食,不过油淋淋, 破坏了口感)主菜: Baked cod fish with potatoes and veggies(条鱼好滑,白汁好smooth and light, 垫底个薯饼如果改用polenta更好更衬

2-course ($350)
前菜: Grilled eggplant with provolone cheese (芝士煎得好香好好食,不过油淋淋, 破坏了口感)
主菜: Baked cod fish with potatoes and veggies
(条鱼好滑,白汁好smooth and light, 垫底个薯饼如果改用polenta更好更衬cod fish。餐厅成日用薯仔好闷!)
3-course ($390)
前菜: Fried anchovies salad with pine nuts and potato (通常食鳀鱼都系pizza or pasta, 咸咸地又腥腥地,今次系食原条炸,一啲都唔salty, 好有口感,鱼本身的香味亦都提升!Salad veggies 都系普通果啲, 冇乜特别)
前菜: 跟友人share 多一个appetizer : Octopus with gemelli pasta in tomato sauce (蕃茄汁好正,厚度啱啱好,不太runny,而且有香草味。八爪鱼都非常入味,同埋唔系日本细细粒个只,呢款好tender and chewy)
主菜: Pan-seared chicken breast with wild mushrooms and chestnut (鸡胸肉煎得非常之香口,调味适中,不过就系煎得耐左肉质有D老。野蘑菇炒得好香,仲有一旧焗栗子好好食,不过就系比得一粒咁大把,搞错!)
食完之后饮coffee or tea, waiter 竟然话除咗普通iced coffee就无其他冻咖啡选择,例如我想要iced latte. 算吧,叫了杯cap, 都算ok, 系个temperature太室温,I like my coffee HOT!
最后还有一个惊喜,就系厨房送上一个petit four甜品,有 soft candy, white choco and mini macarons sitting on top of a big piece of cotton candy. yum! 好靓!
这儿风景一流都唔使讲,最欣赏就系厨师嘅plating skills. 每碟𩠌都摆得非常之靓,胃口都好啲!
