On the second chapter of my quest to find the best bolognese spaghetti in the city, I chose to try out New Forest's. This dish is served with cheese.First off, the presentation is great; simple round plate with a plane of cheese spreaded evenly on top. Secondly, the cheese was very good and the spaghetti was well cooked and well seasoned. I flip flopped a bit on the sauce, first few bites were spectacular, but it was quite ... unassuming. It had a strong flavour upfront but not much after taste
