Tried the spicy char Siu with vegetable rice for lunch .The portion was generous. The tub package had one layer of vegetable rice, a layer of pork then another layer of rice then another layer of pork. Topped with a runny fried egg and soya sauce .The spicy char Siu was a welcome surprise to the usual char Siu. The meat itself was soft and tender and quite juicy, the sauce not too salty and coupled with the egg yolk from the egg each mouthful is a great satisfying meaty explosion of flavor.Bough

Bought as a lunch set and came with a drink at $54.
Not a bad price given most roast meat restaurants are more.
I would say their take on a classic char Siu rice dish is a very brave attempt which has paid off.
Next time I will try the salted egg yolk version .
They also have chicken dishes .
