While walking around Tsuen Wan, I stopped at this bakery as I wanted to buy some bread for breakfast the next day. Baker Talent looked familiar and upon looking it up, it is a chain of bakeries in Singapore. They now have branched out in Hong Kong in the Tsuen Wan area.The bakery was your typical Chinese Western bakery. All the items were labeled in Chinese and English. The bakery was your typical Chinese Western bakery. All the items were labeled in Chinese and English. There were also a few pieces available for samples. I decided to get this: a lemon cheese bun for $7.
The bread was soft and and fluffy. However, the amount of filling was very minimal. I think I ate half the bun before I reached any filling. However, the filling was delicious. A mix of cream cheese and lemons, it tasted like lemon cheesecake. Too bad there was just such a small amount of filling.
