I ordered the “April Special - 14oz Premium Australian Ribeye” and requested medium rare. It turned out to be almost well done. The steak was of good quality, it’s juicy inside, but unfortunately the outer layer is coarse and dry due to overcooking. And they did not ask me what sauce I wanted. No sauce is fine I can taste the meat well. But the staff team all looks unhappy. From the manager standing near the door all the time, to the servers. Very unwelcoming.
