Afternoon tea is available 2.30~6.00pm, and is a good way to try their roast meats in a smaller portion. The restaurant is busy, and tables fill as fast as they are left. I order set A, their famous roast goose with rice vermicelli, and hot milk tea ($45). It comes out in less than a minute. I am seated next to the kitchen, and I can see that they turn out dishes with rapid efficiency, and it's quite fascinating to watch. The goose is juicy and tender. As I bite into the succulent morsel, my mouth is filled with the delectable oils and smokey flavours of this roast goose. It is simply perfection. The noodles are standard, and are purposefully bland as a counterpoint to the richness of the goose meat. It is delicious, and a match made in heaven.
The milk tea is standard too. It's always nice to get a drink with the set menu.
The star is the goose, and I would return to eat it again.
