A Thai-based refreshing salad, topped with the noble ingredient confit duck, and sprinkled with crispy fried banana flower thin slices.
-Warm Eggplant
Different from ordinary grilled eggplants, the texture is much softer and smoother. It is paired with grilled scallion vinaigrette sauce and crispy shallots, nice layering.
-Tamarind-Glazed Crab Cakes
Pasteurized Phillips jumbo crab served on sauteed chive flowers
Unlike ordinary crab cakes, they are only lightly seared on the surface.
It doesn’t feel as hot as ordinary Thai food.
I do Enjoy the silky texture of crab meat a lot
-Foie Gras
Pan-seared foie gras with caramelised apple and ginger gastrique
Foie gras is usually served with toast
And it can’t balance out the oiliness at all
Mt very first time to have this with caramelised apple
Although I don’t like cooked apples
It’s in perfect harmony with the foie gras

Thai crab yellow curry with baguette
It’s never too late for crab!
I like that the curry is not too spicy, it is extremely addictive!

Wok-tossed marinated beef with watercress & jasmine rice
Definitely the highlight of the night
the best beef tenderloin I’ve ever eaten this year! Pinkish red and extremely tender
