I seldom write a review however our experience at this restaurant was terrible.First of all, they have very few choices on the menu. Before we order, we kindly asked the staff if they could toast the bread for the sando and they said yes. After we ordered and a staff suddenly told us the kitchen couldn’t do it. So he suggested he could cancel it and help me to order another dish. After 30 mins of waiting time I went to check with the staff if the order is ready. He told me you should have ordere
First of all, they have very few choices on the menu. Before we order, we kindly asked the staff if they could toast the bread for the sando and they said yes. After we ordered and a staff suddenly told us the kitchen couldn’t do it. So he suggested he could cancel it and help me to order another dish.
After 30 mins of waiting time I went to check with the staff if the order is ready. He told me you should have ordered on the app yourself, without an apology. His attitude was despicable and unacceptable.
When the dish finally came, I asked another staff if there is any cutlery please? She shouted at us ‘Go get it yourselves!’ We were shocked by how rude the staff here was. Overall dining experience was awful.
If the food was amazing here then it could save the poor service here. However, the food was terrible as well. We ordered Egg sando, salmon onigiri and salmon pasta. None of it taste good, the salmon onigiri was especially disgusting. Cold and hard rice with a few pieces of dried and tasteless cooked salmon.
Overall, food was disappointing. There was basically no service here and yet they are charging a service charge. Staff attitude was extremely horrible, worse than a local cha chaan tang. We would never come back here and would not recommend it to anyone.
