We had planned to come here the day before for lunch before heading to do some other activities as we were sold by the number of good reviews and photos. However, we couldn't have been more misled. On the day, we arrived to be greeted by extremely rude and impatient servers. We were not made to feel welcomed at all. On the day, we arrived to be greeted by extremely rude and impatient servers. We were not made to feel welcomed at all. All the staff seemed to be extremely busy despite the small number of customers and large number of staff. The staff very reluctantly took our order and any requests we made were very abruptly rejected.
Midway through eating our bread, the server had for some reason took away our plate of oil and vinegar. We had to shout to the server to ask for it back as by that time he had already ran a great distance away. The mains had then come while we were having soup and the server had just placed it on the corner of the table. Service overall is pretty much non existent and is actually laughable.
Next, the food was extremely unexpected and not in the good way. For a restaurant categorised as Italian, it really isn't. Its really just food you would expect from a local HK cafe.
Definitely will not come back again, considering the choice of other restaurants on the same street.
