the beauty of hong kong is that you can get away with things lightly.having studied environmental health and worked as health dept officers overseas you would be surprised how many restaurants and jobs would fail inspections.anyway came here for dinner , one of the waitresses was rather moody clearing the tables, you could hear glasses and ceramics clinking hard.after observing this i noticed the glass was chipped in two places, a big issue overseas because bacteria can accumulate.Cakes were

Cakes were soft and delicious.
the straw was reusuable and made of metal, i hope it was washed before!!
anyway the drink was very sweet and the drink was cold and refreshing
