For my bowl, I selected the beef balls, fish balls, beef briskets, and luncheon meat. The broth which is made with simmered beef sirloins, it is rich, flavorful, and incredibly comforting. Each spoonful carries the essence of the beef, infusing the noodles and toppings with a delightful meaty goodness.
The star of the show has to be the Fish Ball with Aged Peel (陈皮鱼蛋). It is a really loca street food that has been nowhere to be found in recent days. I’m surprised they are still offering this, tasted nostalgic. The beef balls and fish balls are also tender and bouncy, providing a satisfying textural contrast to the noodles.
