The worst service ever!!

I went there in a very hot evening (33 degree Celsius) and use the plastic menu as a fan to cool myself off a bit as I was sitting at the patio section waiting for my friend who doesn’t know the place, the waitress rudely told me I am not allow to do that and try to ripe the menu off my hand. I got very offended with her impolite manner and thinking what’s wrong have I done to get this kinda reaction from my server?! I requested to speak to the manager and she said only the supervisor is here. L

I got very offended with her impolite manner and thinking what’s wrong have I done to get this kinda reaction from my server?! I requested to speak to the manager and she said only the supervisor is here. Later the supervisor came who is a phillipino lady named Mooner said the same thing that I’m Not Allow to use the menu to cool myself off even for the time being. The reason was the menu will be torn by doing this and I have said I’ll pay if I torn it or I’ll walk off ( a glass of wine has been ordered and delivered to me). She took my drink without hesitation and said then you leave!! I was very surprised the service standards has gone down so much in LKF nowadays and customers has to take unreasonable shit from the server who think whose owning the place! Maybe they’re so used to give lousy service to tourists who won’t complain?!?!
