为鼓励食肆透过提供食物份量选择和采取减少厨余措施，与顾客共同从源头减少厨余，环境保护署推出了「咪嘥嘢食店」计划，参与食肆如符合评核准则将获「咪嘥嘢食店」认可资格和获发「咪嘥嘢食店」的标志及标贴，以供张贴於店舖内和宣传，供顾客识别。此计划全年均接受申请，申请费用全免。

Typhoon 8 Brunch

Booked months ahead and it was typhoon 8 that day. Went ahead with the brunch and didn’t regret. We had a window seat with city view. Pretty comfortable seats and thoughtful hallway they had to serve the food. Food & service were excellent. Fresh oyster and lobster were served at buffet area together with cold cuts & cheese selections. Freshly cooked to order main courses too. Dessert choices were excellent and we had some cakes, petit fours, fresh fruits and yes ice cream! All tasted wonderful.
