After trying out this vegan Korean restaurant, I have no doubt to write a review on my experience this restaurant has given me. Walking in this restaurant magically slowed down your pace and gave you some peace after surrounding in a bustling city. Opened bright environment with meditating music have brought your mind to focus only at this moment experiencing this restaurant. First attempt trying their two person three course lunch.First came were Daily Special Soup and Apple and Beetroot Salad.

First came were Daily Special Soup and Apple and Beetroot Salad.
Chestnut soup was smooth and silky with chestnut chunks. Once placing out, you could literally smell pinch of chestnut. Marinated burdock was serving beside.
Apple and Beetroot Salad was a very delicate dish. Apple jelly on top with roots and carrots cubes salad. Light and fresh. Kale and pistachios around salad to give different texture.
Picking Eggplant with Tomatoes and Sweet and Spicy Mushrooms with Assorted Vegetables as main were another good decision.
Eggplant was marinated with umami flavour on top with very sweet cherry tomato. Mashed eggplant was serving beside with silky beetroot sauce. These matched perfectly and surprisingly a good combo. Turning simple ingredients into a complex dish indeed gave you a wow factor.
Sweet and spicy mushrooms serving with broccoli and cauliflower was light but gave you a kick. Crunchy mushrooms coated with Korean spicy sauce balanced with fresh vegetables.
Rounding the lunch with Korean fried rice and Chilled cold noodle with tomato dressing.
Korean fried rice was served with miso bak choi soup and burdocks. Was a flavourful hearty dish.
Chilled noodle with tomato dressing was a surprise. It was a sweet fresh dish. A good round up for today's lunch. Tomatoes were sweet, dressing was served with chunks of tomatoes and juice, drizzled with sesame oil. Light and refreshing.
Rounding up with two pots of burdocks tea and mugwort tea was the best experience you could have. If you have some time and want to have an escape from the hassle in the city,it is definitely a good recommendation to spend your precious time on.
