The moment we walked into the restaurant we were 'welcome' by a frown face manager. The place was empty. We requested to sit outside. The patio was huge but most of it was closed with scattered table and chair and plant, looks very messy. Despite the emptiness of the restaurant, it took 40 mins for my food to arrive and my husband's order never arrived. I ordered Mojito which is their signature but they said they don't have. Then I order an 'electric lemonade' which was served in a Hoggado

The moment we walked into the restaurant we were 'welcome' by a frown face manager. The place was empty. We requested to sit outside. The patio was huge but most of it was closed with scattered table and chair and plant, looks very messy. Despite the emptiness of the restaurant, it took 40 mins for my food to arrive and my husband's order never arrived. I ordered Mojito which is their signature but they said they don't have. Then I order an 'electric lemonade' which was served in a Hoggadon glass. It was just blue syrup and some alcohol, quite disgusting, but not as disgusting as the french onion soup and the rib which tastes and feels like paper. The rib was so dry i can't even cut it with proper steak knife.

Food, environment, service all terrible. This makes my worst restaurant visit of the year!
