We had a Sunday’s family lunch here. Place is nice so as the overall quality of food. But we had to wait around 40 min to get our dishes watching all the other guests been served before all. As the explanation, staff told us that it was the way it is and when we asked for a small gesture (like free coffee) to compensate that, manager said that it was not in their company policy. No customer focus at all. Too bad.
