one of the worst dine-in experiences I had in HKmost of the menu is unavailable.we ordered three plates, and feel food here is unacceptable for the price.it is clear that the quality of ingredients does not match the price. smoked salmon, crab roe and scallops do not match the quality (freshness, taste) you can expect in similar restaurants around HK. undercooked pasta, undercooked fries both of which almost raw. need to heat up longer and at higher temperature. service is poor. service is poor. I had to walk across whole restaurant to ask for sugar. also, I wasn't given a stirrer, instead given a plastic straw to mix the coffee. the plastic straw is covered in liquid (possibly alcohol) marks, so I had to wipe the whole straw before stirring.
