It’s kind of a newish Vietnamese restaurant, opened for a few months then closed due to Covid. Receptionist was polite apologising many times for the wait. There wasn’t many servers, but they did show good manners and attitude.
接待员礼貌地多次为等待道歉。 服务员不多,但他们确实表现出良好的举止和态度。

In terms if taste, it is quite subjective. I had the hand-cut tenderloin lemongrass Núöc Mám dipping broth with pineapple as main course. The pineapples was overwhelming could hardly smell the lemongrass, taste was more sweet and sour.
就口味而言,这是相当主观的。 我点了手切里脊香茅草 Núöc Mám 菠萝蘸肉汤檬粉做主菜。菠萝的味道太浓了 压倒了香茅草的气味,味道偏向酸甜。

It is not the typical traditional Vietnamese food taste, they did modernise it to give it a twist.
这不是典型的传统越南美食口味,他们确实对其进行了现代化改造以使其焕然一新。
