Worst Dining Experience

My husband and I went for dinner tonight, everything was ok except when my main course came. i have ordered a crab meat ravioli and when I cut half of it to try and it was cold. I returned it and one of the head staff came and asked me to pick another main course. I told him that I like the ravioli and it was just cold so he said they will refire another one for me. The second dish came out and temperature was good. To my biggest surprise, they just re-heated my dish instead of refired as I have

I returned it and one of the head staff came and asked me to pick another main course. I told him that I like the ravioli and it was just cold so he said they will refire another one for me. The second dish came out and temperature was good. To my biggest surprise, they just re-heated my dish instead of refired as I have noticed the half ravioli that I have tried was on the plate. It is absolutely ridiculous and I can't believe such a high end restaurant will do something like this. The assistant manager came to apologize and wanted to offer us a free dessert but I was so angry and upset and just asked him for the bill. It was my worst dining experience ever and I will never go back again.
