I have been a frequent visitor of Amaroni’s and I’m very disappointed in my recent experience. I visited this place with my son and did not understand that why they decided to place us in the table at the far corner, away from the main dining area where there are obviously vacant tables.Although we weren't really pushed for time, sitting there waiting for 30 minutes for the salad to arrive doesn't seem right by any standard, And only after multiple reminders, the soup and bread arrived. Although we weren't really pushed for time, sitting there waiting for 30 minutes for the salad to arrive doesn't seem right by any standard, And only after multiple reminders, the soup and bread arrived.
Foodwise, the soup is flavorless and the bread basket must have seen better days. The lasagna kept up with the normal reheated prepared-in-advanced food taste, so there was no surprise there. The ravioli was warm on top with a hard bottom and made me wonder why i am paying a premium for a microwave meal.
That was a huffywaste of money and time and I doubted if I would ever return to this restaurant chain again.
