鴻福海鮮四季火鍋 (已結業)

Only the diehard supporter can find this place - it's located in a dark, slippery alley in To Kwa Wan and you have to watch your steps on your way to the restaurant. Food is good and the soup base is great too; it's stuffed with Chinese medicinal ingredients and apparently not loaded with MSG. The proprietor should seriously consider giving the restaurant a major facelift, as late-comers can only set in the alley and eat along with the cats that roam the place.
