When you first walk into the restaurant it's clear that the owners have focused on the details. You're welcomed by an impressive showcase of wines, and a more intimate atmosphere compared to other fine dining restaurants in Hong Kong. A distinct element - you can pre-order the wine ahead of time and the restaurant will properly decant for you - 3 or 4 hours ahead. Given the extensive list of fine wines, you can truly experience the wine as it should be. We went for a bottle of the Chateau Montrose year 2000 - full-bodied, but not heavy with tannins which makes for a smooth pairing with beef or even the seafood dishes.
Highly recommend for small groups or gatherings - the entire experience feels more personalized and the wait staff is very attentive.
