This local noodle shop is popular in Sheung Shui that is always full house. Ordered the beef tripe and wonton noodles #牛肚云吞河 #双并($45), it looks pleasant and is served with generous portion. I am impressed by the beef tripe, they are marinated nicely and rich in flavour, also have a good springy texture at the same time. The wonton is one-bite size and stuffed with well seasoned shrimp.
