一个人有点纳闷。原本想到mezza 9 等waiting list. 但mezza 9 职员也觉得奇怪，一个人会食buffet ma?后来收到电话未能安排到，就走到grill 58地下的侍应话今晚冇客，不用订枱也可。叫了dry aged american grain fed striploin. 心情驱使下叫medium well as i dont want to see blood leaking from the steak...i paired up with red from sicily island of medium tannin and red cranberry flavour.sauce i chose pozu sauce which is quite appetising..Sky here is changing all the times together with music making dinner and steak more juicy.一个人也可fine dining ,right?
