這個西班牙凍湯十分有特色，雖然賣相看起上來有點奇特，但喝下去卻有一種非常香的香味，而且有一股蒜頭的香氣，由於凍湯是用杏仁製作，所以口感不太滑，未必每個香港人都能夠接受
