The butterfly room嘅afternoon tea出名難book, 要預早上網book枱。今次好彩book到，期待咗兩個幾差不多三個月終於都有得食喇5-course afternoon tea由鹹點開始, 之後嘅scones同甜點都可以無限refillTea sandwiches一共有四款，賣相精緻而且全部都好好味。松露碎蛋三文治，面頭一片松露同鵪鶉蛋，食落淡淡松露香氣綠色麵包係菠菜麵包，餡係蕃茄乾忌廉芝士。原來蕃茄乾同忌廉芝士係咁夾。鵝肝醬泡芙嘅鵝肝醬香濃細滑，配搭清甜無花果無咁膩。Elegant surprise係磨菇湯，菇味超濃郁而且細滑如果呢個磨菇湯都有得refill就好Scones係微暖，橙果醬同士多啤梨果醬都好好味，但唔及文華好食。兩個scones兩人share已經好足夠，唔refill留肚食蛋糕好過。望住pastry trolley已經好開心，第一轉每樣要一件試下先。知道拿破侖係招牌菜，所以要兩件士多啤梨戚風蛋糕好鬆軟，但賣相好有進步空間，切到散晒。建議餐廳用返蛋糕刀，同埋每一下切之前用濕布抹乾淨刀先切😅焦糖芝士蛋糕嘅焦糖味濃，配埋芝士好好味但都幾滯下，兩個
