呢間粉麵店嘅食物真係好正,特別係佢哋嘅牛魔王同秘製牛三寶河係一個必試嘅選擇河粉滑溜,配上牛腩、牛肚同牛筋,三種牛肉嘅口感各有特色,牛腩軟嫩,牛肚彈牙,牛筋則帶有嚼勁牛魔王仲有牛腸、牛肝,整體味道非常豐富,而且份量巨多。佢哋嘅秘製醬汁令人食到停唔落口☺️另外,香茅雞翼亦都係一個好推介,雞翼經過香茅醃製,味道獨特,外脆內嫩,搭配凍檸茶,解渴又消暑👍凍檸茶清新爽口,唔會過甜,正好平衡咗雞翼嘅油膩感☺️我哋加$12要一碟生菜,生菜清脆,搭配牛三寶河同雞翼,增添咗一份清新感,令整餐更加均衡👍

家人最愛牛雜麵,我則是牛腩麵的忠粉,在油尖旺區吃麵無數的我倆找到這家,真的很有質素。崩沙牛腩軟嫩無比,肉筋比例完美,油香接近入口即化,我特地轉了此點必食魚麵!一吃,眼界大開,爽彈程度非一般,媲美新鮮白魚蛋,魚味、鮮味十足,真心絕了!家人吃牛魔王配粗麵,有齊各式牛雜和牛腩,牛肚、牛肺、牛筋、牛肝,等等。湯頭味濃,但不會過份鹹,每一口都是牛肉汁的精華,而且牛魔王價錢和份量的性價比很高。也來個小吃,香茅炸雞翼酥脆又香口,雞翼大隻有份量。油菜也是必須的,用煮鹼水麵的熱水焯過的芥蘭份外軟身,也保持嫩綠,真是好吃。
