我叫咗: 豉油叉燒拉麵, 老公叫咗: 鹽味叉燒拉麵, 各自加咗一隻糖心蛋.講真, 我幾欣賞佢嘅湯底同埋叉燒. 只係有一樣唔係好慣係個拉麵, 麵身好幼, 你話佢似蛋麵多過日本拉麵都仲得. 可以有下次.至於最尾個綠茶布甸, 由於本人唔鐘意食綠茶 product, 所以 no comment.

Lunch Set由$100至$140,視乎所選的湯底;包括拉麵一碗,含叉燒兩塊、甜品、咖啡或茶.如果要額外叉燒(兩塊)、半熟蛋或者是燒海苔(五塊)則每樣再添$10.我要了醬油味($120)的拉麵,同行的要了梅鹽味($140)的.麵條呈四方,偏幼細.口感佳,但其實有點像上海麵,只是多了一分嚼勁.不像很多的拉麵店提供的接近速食拉麵的那種.麵份量其實不少,雖然一碗只是麵+兩片叉燒+幾條筍乾+一點蔥花,但也夠飽.當然,不要期望是撐着肚子離開.湯底香、清,稍嫌不夠熱.同行的說偏鹹,但我覺得原本就是這樣吧.醬油味的會帶甜,但其實並不是*很*甜.但應該不像本地的拉麵店下了一大堆的味精,因為喝完那碗湯並沒有口渴/頭暈症狀.梅鹽味到底是怎樣我不清楚,因為我試喝了一口,大概是因為沒有攪勻,所以試不出來.日式叉燒就是很軟的.我覺得他們做得好好吃,好酥.肥瘦均勻,入口即化.只有兩片真的很不「夠喉」,但太多了又會喧賓奪主.甜品不知道是甚麼,沒有介紹(!),不錯吃就是了.食物算是不錯,裝潢、擺設都很講究(看到前面拍照的刀叉也是名牌貨).可是在甚麼都說環保的今時今日,居然用了即棄木筷子有點匪夷所思.(雖然那雙快子

日式叉燒就是很軟的.我覺得他們做得好好吃,好酥.肥瘦均勻,入口即化.只有兩片真的很不「夠喉」,但太多了又會喧賓奪主.

甜品不知道是甚麼,沒有介紹(!),不錯吃就是了.

食物算是不錯,裝潢、擺設都很講究(看到前面拍照的刀叉也是名牌貨).可是在甚麼都說環保的今時今日,居然用了即棄木筷子有點匪夷所思.(雖然那雙快子看得出也不是便宜貨.)

即使你說我不理智,但要我再付$100來吃這碗麵,我會為了那雙筷子而告訴你: 不.

隻蛋又點?我用精彩來形容,蛋白香滑蛋黄好creamy、recall返我係表参道hills個間第一次食時果D震驚感、佢係隻半熟蛋、但我好放心食、知佢由日本運嚟嘛;呢碗麵有東京8、9成、唔駛搭飛機去都食到呢個質素、直情要感恩啦!我個friend都係食緊隻蛋、一齊含住半邊蛋猛話;好正呀~好正呀~!

不過佢話D麵好似霖過平時食個D、無咩趙頭、梗係啦~依家先嚟食D麵,頭先碗麵嚟咗、仲口水多個茶猛咁講過年無得去旅行,又掛住講電話食吓又停吓,

一般加硬個D即食拉麵都霖啦,何況佢哋嘅麵擺明唔係要鬥彈牙、講求順滑流暢中帶自然咬口,自己唔拖慢嚟食咪食到原本應有嘅食味同口感囉,佢話今次當交學費、下次一定食得精過我。咁梗係叫佢奸爸嗲啦。
就快有得食

香港d日式拉麵真係好香港,用料唔係好靚唔在講,超味精及鹼水味,义燒厚得黎又'鞋'又唔好味,所以都好少可食拉麵。見到雜誌推介新開的MIST?約埋d friend去試下,真係超正,自家製的拉麵好新鮮沒有鹼水味,麵既質地軟身比已往食既好唔同,原來係呢度既特式。我鍾意呢度d义燒,厚身唔代表好著數好食,唔好睇佢薄薄地,肉質做得好柔軟入口感覺好軟綿綿。我以前曾食過d薄身但肉質好'鞋'的...失望。日本半熟蛋..正..糖心蛋..我至喜愛,咬落食到蛋白有味道好好味架。我選了有辣蔥味既拉麵,小小辣啱晒唔係好食得辣既我。日本長蔥加埋辣味,配埋雞湯湯底認真正,蔥既鮮味襯托出雞湯濃而不膩,很合我口味。甜品係綠茶慕思,做得很幼滑沒有綠茶粉渣,甜味做得剛好有清香味。餐後飲番杯熱咖啡,咖啡都幾靚架。價錢比一般拉麵係貴d,但係選料都係日本料,食物味美有水準...睇得出係用心黎做食物,環境正座位又舒適...座位很闊落椅子很好座,我就覺得物有所值啦。

聽說這店的店主很厲害, 曾經嬴出拉麵比賽, 很有期望, 但結果卻有點失望而回. 我們一行三人,每人點了一碗拉麵,另外點了3個菜- 牛油果他他, 什菌和櫻花木煙燻麥豬. 兩位友人都是點了味增拉麵加蛋, 我剛點了鹽味加蛋加紫菜. 牛油果他他: 沒什麼特別焗什菌(忘了全名):蠻好吃的,上面那些應該是麵包糠?煙燻豬:有點失望,因為豬有點韌,但味道也可以.上面的是芝士, 沒什麼芝士味, 但煙煙韌韌的也頗好吃. 拉麵:很鹹! 第一個印象就是很鹹! 我要灌很多水才可以把麵吃完! 友人的味增湯底也是一樣. 拉麵賣HK$100, 內有一塊叉燒, 如果不夠可以加, HK$10 有多兩片. 我覺得麵有點過腍, 但蛋和叉燒亦很好吃. 友人在日本吃的拉麵也是很鹹, 不知道是否"地道"的就是這樣, 不過就不是我那杯茶了. 侍應和廚師都很nice, 不過可能因為full house 的關係, 上菜比較慢, 而且可能剛開業, 有點混亂. 我坐在bar 檯, 經常要側身讓開讓侍應在左邊的抽屜拿餐具出來, 時常被撞到...但總的來說, 服務也很好, 很有禮貌. p.s. 聽友人說, 訂檯的話要叫set dinner

我地睇到雜誌介紹, 見佢成舊水一碗拉麵, 就來睇下佢有乜咁巴閉...唔好講d野食住...o係呢種令人容易飢寒交逼既天氣.......我地等佢個碗拉麵, 等左9個字!!! 45分鐘!!!! 靚靚心情都被破壞哂終於等到, 即刻狼吞虎噬...叫左miso拉麵加叉燒加蛋:湯- 太鹹, 頂唔順..即使勁肚餓都食唔哂!!!!!!拉麵- 軟硬唔適中, 似上海麵既質地叉燒- 勁淋, 淋到一夾就散開哂, 而且加左$10叉燒都係得3塊蛋- 熟得濟, 唔掂總括黎講, 佢係貴, 貴得黎唔好食, 唔好食得黎又要等真係好angry!!!!!

Saw this shop recently on the bus and heard from Jason.Bonvivant & his friends that both this and the new Kyushu Style Ramen shop in T.K.O. are Japanese chefs run, so thanks to their confirmation I was keen to suss it out.
In fact I was going to try it by myself only as I came home late, but leaking some information about the story my mom decided she'd hop along at the last minute to try too - she loves real Jap Ramen & perhaps more than me as I'm more a traditional, soba person! Its the real deal from Japan definitely, as this classy Ramen/Rahmen shop is straight imported from Tokyo's expensive Omotesando Hills mall. Its now being headed in the kitchen by a Japanese chef, and the original Chef Owner flies in to this shop regularly to monitor and even cook the noodles!

"PORK SALAD -
Unlike the original MIST shop in Japan using the 米沢天元豚, here, they use a grain-fed one from 千葉 instead. The pork even know isn't freshly slaughtered, contained quite a good pork taste - better than most local fresh pork. The onion & garlicky sauce is a bit strong though, overwhelming the pork and salad a little, also slightly bitter. Nevertheless, a good salad started for $80.

"UME SHIO RAHMEN -"
This is the Plum with Salted Broth Rahmen version. At $100 a bowl, it seems expensive initially but once you drink that lovely soup - boy, trust me, you'll think its worth every cents. Its rich, has depth, just a slight hint of plummy citrusiness but full of コク from the secret meat and bones, oils, etc, they boil this in. A very good very thick Shio Rahmen, this is defininitely High-Class Japanese Rahmen's authentic taste! There's 1 piece of Charsiu and Negi included only though - some might call it expensive. Unfortunately, this carries a thinner noodle than the dish ordered below. Using a no.26 noodle cut - this thinnish noodle seemed a little over-cooked and also lacks noodles taste. But the broth makes up for it.

"MISO RAHMEN -"
AMAZING SOUP again! The soul of a rahmen bowl is the soup, no arguments about that - 湯唔味, 乜都係假!
The amount of ingredients that goes into making the soup-base in top shops, is often way more than what u can see with the naked eye, hence why the Soup is more expensive than the Noodle-Cake in some Japanese shops sometimes. This bowl used the thicker strand, no.18 noodles cut and this fared a lot better than above. Slightly bitey but in my opinion, could still be better timed and also carry stronger noodles taste (despite using Japanese flour for making them), I think the noodles were good quality but not as good as 札幌元祖/函館元祖's 西山拉麵, but the broth is much more richer and with more depth here! There's even melted meat at the bottom of the soup, as well as a very good Miso taste! At $100 with only 1 piece of Charsiu, some Bamboo shoots, etc, its expensive, but just the soup alone is worth it - pity the noodles aren't as good.

"ADDITIONAL CHARSIU -"
These are $10 for a thin piece, but guess what - its thin yes, its pricey, but this rolled pork not only had a slightly charred surface taste like Chinese Char-siu, it was also full of pork taste and melted in the mouth! This is easily the best and more authentic tasting Char Siu I've tasted locally for now!

"HALF COOKED TAMAGO -"
These come as 1 whole egg rather than already halved - so once u break it open, only the outside is warm but the inside is a bit cold, though not as cold as the refrigerated ones I had at 壹碗麵(灣仔). The Japanese imported eggs here aren't 'runny', but they're not over-cooked either. Some will find their yolk too hard. I actually enjoy this type of eggs too, so no comments - but a must order for me personally!

THE SETTING OF MIST RAHMEN SHOP IS VERY PECULIAR, AS IT ISN'T TRADITIONAL JAPANESE BUT OF THE SLIGHTLY MODERNISED RATHER THAN FUSIONISED MOVEMENT IN BOTH DESIGN AND IN TASTE - ITS KIND OF LIKE THE 'EVISU' OR '裏原宿' TYPE OF A RAHMEN SHOP, EVEN THE CHAIRS ARE LEATHER BINDED!

THE SALAD IS EATEN WITH DESIGNER CUTLERY FROM UK'S ROBERT WELSH & ITALY'S GELATO BRANDS, THEN, AS THE RAHMEN AND ASSESORIES ARRIVE LATER - YOU SHALL OPEN THAT SECRET DRAWER UNDERNEATH YOUR TABLE TO FIND A SET OF HANKERCHIEF, CHOPSTICKS & SPOON FOR EATING WITH YOUR NOODLES!
WELL, A BIT LIKE CERTAIN CHA CHAAN TENG'S COMPARTMENTS PILED WITH THE SAME, EXCEPT YOU WILL FIND ONLY 1 SET CAREFULLY PRE-PREPARED FOR EACH CUSTOMER PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL, JUST FOR YOUR RAHMEN BOWL!
