南대門在天文臺道有好幾間分店,由韓國人主理,口味正宗。每間分店都略有不同,是夜這間是南대門cuisine,晚市有燒肉韓食套餐,包括豬或牛燒肉、一至兩個主食,以及飲品。食燒肉最期待的是不同的韓式醃菜,南대門提供六個款式,有辣有不辣,味道不盡相同。板腱肉板腱肉厚切,肉質結實,肉味豐厚濃郁,可以捲上生菜泡菜同食,一口不同滋味。石鍋拌飯石鍋內整齊放入各種食材,趁石鍋熱得滋滋發聲時加入辣椒醬拌勻,放一段時間後形成飯焦,煙韌又脆口。韓式牛肋骨湯牛肋骨已去骨,肉質腍滑淋身,湯底鮮甜,拌上白飯,暖身飽肚。韓國梨汁及提子汁味道清甜,內有果肉,可解肉膩。

🇭🇰 Tsim Sha Tsui 尖沙咀|Namdaemoon CuisineIf you are looking for a combo of KBBQ and Korean 🇰🇷 food, this restaurant is the place to go! Apart from some BBQ meats, you can also enjoy some traditional Korean food so that you won’t be too full from all the oily BBQ meats! 🍖 They have a couple different set menus with a combination of either pork or beef with 1 to 2 main dishes, and also 2 drinks! I tried the beef dinner set with 2 main dishes:•𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐡𝐮𝐜𝐤 𝐅𝐥𝐚𝐩 𝐓𝐚𝐢𝐥The chuck flap is very flavorful because of the marination! I recommend you grill it for only a while to enjoy the soft texture of them! 🤤•𝐊𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐁𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐦𝐛𝐚𝐩 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐏𝐨𝐭I love the sauce that is mixed with it and I always love the crispy bits made with the stone pot! 今日晚飯同朋友嚟到尖沙咀食韓國菜。餐廳位於金巴利道,非常容易搵。餐廳主打韓燒同各款韓式主食,店員們都係韓國人,感覺非常正宗。配菜食得韓國菜一定有唔少配料,餐廳提供咗泡菜、生菜、芽菜等配料,食晒可以再添。套餐 $288今日嗌咗個晚市套餐,好抵食。套餐有烤肉、主食同飲品。烤肉方面,我哋揀咗醬烤豬肉。店員提醒我哋要將肉放落去翻炒,咁樣就冇咁易燶。豬肉有先醃過,食落有啲BBQ味,甜甜地。豬肉質地滑身,烤完之後好Juicy。主食方面,我叫咗石鍋燉牛肉。石鍋非常熱,可以將湯品保溫。牛肉湯清清地,裏面除咗有牛肉片之外,仲有洋蔥,仲飲得出用咗麻油作調味,飲落好香。每個湯都會配一個飯,米飯晶瑩剔透。套餐仲包咗兩支飲品,我哋揀咗可樂同忌廉。除咗汽水之外,仲有唔少果汁可以選擇。蜜糖牛油蒜蓉炸雞 $130除咗套餐之外,我同朋友仲叫咗半份炸雞,有六隻炸雞配上炸兩薯條。蜜糖牛油蒜蓉味甜得來帶點惹味,醬汁甜甜鹹鹹,同炸雞配搭一流。炸雞新鮮炸起,外皮好脆,薄薄一層。而內裏雞肉仲係好嫩滑,好多汁。薯條亦都係熱辣辣,外脆內軟,配有茄汁。

南大門喺金巴利道有好幾個舖位,呢條街人流都幾旺,今日星期五晚間間都坐滿左9成枱。店舖都係韓國人打理架。韓燒嘅套餐好抵食,可揀一份豬/牛,然後有兩個主食,再有兩杯野飲,一共$388再加一。首先有5款韓式前菜,非常開胃。牛有9款選擇,我地嗌左板腱肉,係牛紋超靚嘅牛,肉質嫩紅,食落自身牛味濃,唔洗點醬都好食。生菜係送嘅可以包住啲牛食。主食揀兩款,我地揀左水冷麵同石鍋拌飯。兩碗嘅份量好多!水冷麵個湯底好清涼超好食!麵條有咬口!石鍋拌飯好豐富,有豬肉,芽菜,泡菜,蘿蔔等等。飲包都包埋,呢個梨味果汁好飲!

尖沙咀韓國街佔左三間都係依間黎,人氣十足!叫左個$388套餐包一款牛肉,兩款主食同埋飲品一開始上左去唔同嘅韓式配菜,都幾多款式,醃茄子同薯仔都有!烤肉方面,今次選擇咗板腱肉,厚度適中,燒起上嚟都容易掌握,食落肉質唔會太鞋太乾,可以配埋生菜或者唔同嘅醬汁一齊食主食叫咗水冷麵,好適合配燒烤一齊食,入口涼涼地,味道酸酸地好解油膩,麵質仲好煙韌另外仲叫咗韓式拌飯,材料勁豐富有紅蘿蔔、芽菜、白蘿蔔、雞蛋、紫菜等等,再加埋韓式醬撈埋一齊食鹹鹹地,夠哂味!仲加多咗一份紫菜包飯,麻油味好香,好傳統嘅飯卷!依間抽氣做得唔錯,完完全全唔使擔心食完好大陣韓燒味!
