今日約左朋友仔係銅鑼灣行街, 所以就book左間局酒屋行完街就可以去傾下計食下野位置好方便係sogo行去1分鐘都唔洗成個大廈都好多食店入到去基本上full晒, 好彩book左位龍卷風沙律滿滿既蟹柳, 係食極都仲有蜘蛛其實即係軟殼蟹蟹柳卷, 醬汁好夠基本上都唔洗點豉油火山岩晒鍾意打卡有儀式感既我, 壽司仔上面有滿滿既蟹柳同海膽配埋醬汁食, 真係好特別網燒牛舌好多塊仲要都幾厚, 好有口感雞腿肉串燒不過不失既串燒鹿兒島黑豚荔枝卷串燒荔枝配埋豚肉咁食好鮮甜Suntory(Gold)比較回甘, 去居酒屋一定要飲返杯啦 繼續閱讀

銅鑼灣真係臥虎藏龍,呢間叫古今二嘅日本餐廳就藏身喺樓上舖,一入到去已經座無虛席,氣氛超級熱鬧,完全估唔到咁受歡迎。我哋第一道菜叫咗柚想蝦你嘅柚子沙律,賣相吸引,用咗新鮮柚子、生菜、牛油果、蘋果、車厘茄,再加埋中華沙律同蟹籽,食落清新又爽口,口感層次好豐富。之後叫咗一個火山,職員會即場點火,睇得又食得。火山係四件壽司卷,上面鋪滿蟹柳、芝士、蟹籽,真係似火山爆發咁,味道濃郁。黑龍卷都好推介,表面係牛油果同鰻魚,入面包住吉列蟹柳,外軟內脆,鰻魚燒汁香甜,食完一件想食多件。串燒方面,我哋試咗明太子醬燒玉子串同鹽燒白鰻。玉子串熱辣辣,加上鹹香明太子醬,口感滑溜又惹味。白鰻就夠晒簡單,只係加咗檸檬同胡椒,但魚肉彈牙得嚟好有鮮味。最後係安格斯蔥牛卷,牛肉燒得香口,入面嘅蔥清香唔搶味,配搭得好好。 繼續閱讀

呢排約朋友仔食飯唔係食日本嘢就係食西餐㗎啦,因為太熱啦嘛😂所以就揀咗喺銅鑼灣覺得都幾好食嘅居酒屋encore多一次😋古今地點都幾方便,就係SOGO隔離,但係店裏面唔係話好大,都幾cozy, 而且壽司刺身串燒熱食都有, 都幾多選擇嘅。一嚟到就梗係要食咗個燒牛舌先啦,真係可以做到外脆內軟,不過就鹹咗少少囉,所以要配返杯冰涼嘅啤酒中和下個味道🤣之後就係燒菠蘿🍍夏天食燒水果其實都幾Fresh 㗎,酸酸甜甜咁好開胃之後就到叫咗一個卷物 蜘蛛🕷️可能係因為炸軟殼蟹啲腳好似蜘蛛腳啦,所以叫咗佢做蜘蛛, 裏面脆卜卜超好食! 10分推薦最後我哋食咗壽喜燒牛肉鍋,個甜豉油好好食😋😋😋成餐大滿足成餐平均每人唔使300蚊,我覺得都幾抵食,你哋可以參考吓🫶 繼續閱讀
