為廣島沾麵本舖爆彈屋的姊妹店，主打日式炸雞及炸雞熱狗，炸雞即叫即炸，除了「極」原味炸雞，另有金柚子、銀鹽、和風鰹魚昆布湯等口味可供選擇，薄薄的炸漿配以嫩滑雞肉，外層甘香鬆脆，咬落肉汁滿溢，是間品質甚高的日式小食店。

It has been ages since I have been to this street and so much has changed.There is now a relatively new noodle joint, coffee shop and the rest are mostly Korean joints.I went to this shop which sells fried chicken but as I was having dinner I couldn’t get the fried chicken because the minimum order was 3 pieces which meant I would be too full for dinner so I just got a fried oyster.The oyster takes 5 minutes as stated and it was cute that they actually used a timer to time it precisely.After it was fried, they put sauce and sprinkle herbs on it, which I wasn’t too keen on, but luckily it tasted ok.The oyster was fresh and coating was crisp and light complimented by the sauce which was not too sweet.

Came across this little shop that serves karage or Japanese fried chicken. Located in Fortress Hill behind the AIA building, it's really small and is geared for take away. There is seating but it's mostly one chair. It appeared to be from the same owner of the excellent izakaya, Bakudan-Ya Hiroshima-men. When I was there, it seemed the staff were mostly Japanese.Menu in English and Chinese had various flavors of karage along with interesting fried chicken dogs and fried oysters. Yuzu Fried Chicken ($28 for 3 pieces). Boyfriend and I shared the yuzu flavored one as we had just finished lunch next door and were too full to have anything more. Everything is made to order and you must order three pieces. Afterwards, it's $9 for each additional pieces. The chicken was piping hot. Meat was moist and not dry at all. The flavor of the yuzu was not strong but you could still taste it.Great little snack place. I will return if in the area and needed a snack.

偶爾走過, 乍見一間日式炸雞店, 好奇心驅使下內進, 買了個便當做午餐。店子小小, 而且冷氣不足, 只有兩張高椅, 明顯是走外賣路線。炸雞咖哩飯$53, 三件炸雞、少許漬物、咖哩汁和白飯。炸雞欠肉汁, 還好夠軟身, 不油膩。甜而不辣的咖哩汁是沒有料的, 剛夠撈到吃完白飯。而白飯用上珍珠米, 圓渾有嚼勁, 尚算可取。三件小小的炸雞實在不足以裹腹; 幸好小人另買了兩只炸。炸每只$23, 倒算大隻; 不過跟炸雞一樣, 肉汁欠奉, 味卻頗出, 加上燒汁、沙律醬及椰菜絲, 吃完也不會太漏。沒想到的是這間炸雞店原來是一間沾麵店分設的。就食物而言, 炸雞較炸做得出色, 下次還是專攻炸雞吧。

炸雞食得多 炸雞熱狗你又試過未?聽落好似大纜都扯唔埋 但唐揚的炸雞的確值得一讚!炸雞係即叫即炸 唔會太油 原味已經好入味可配熱狗夠哂新奇 又有3大隻 啖啖肉 又出奇地夾架喎 哈!另有飯的set 可以揀3隻起計 有少量配菜中和下油膩感 賣相都好好 可惜無影到小店以外賣為主 由一男一女打理 即叫即炸 建議孩子們可以先打定電話落order再拎
