有朋友至遠方來所以要登和他們上山頂食飲和看風景。心想他們在外地小飲茶所以就揀咗天一飲茶…地方、服務、環境可以!但食物真的非常一般如果以價錢來說絕對能到好吃很多的酒家和酒店吃好吃多倍的食物。

自從出來做事,每年新正頭大年初三總習慣了到太平山頂走一圈,行個大運,難得今年新年天朗氣清,在暖和的陽光下走動特別輕快,行過大運找地方醫肚,今年選擇了「天一酒家」飲茶。酒家開在凌霄閣的二、三樓,入門的二樓只是接待處及小酒吧,用餐在三樓,兩層樓由一條半月形樓梯相連,旁邊牆身一道大水簾,頗顯高貴氣勢。由於天氣好,坐在靠落地玻璃旁,盡覽聞名維多利亞港的美麗景色,贊賞我們香港發展的成果。食物方面,估唔到為我們帶來驚喜,我們三人叫了六款點心: 蝦餃、燒賣、小籠包、叉燒腸粉、雞絲春卷及他們推介的「天下第一包」- 牛肝菌鮮蝦菜肉煎包。手工味道非常有水準,餃皮厚薄適中,腸粉爽滑,春卷帶鮮汁。天下第一包原來是包中包,先蒸後堂煎,色、香、味皆不錯。另點了燒味三拼,份量不大,賣相骨子,燒腩肉寓意紅皮赤壯,身體健康,能做到皮脆酥化,肥瘦合度,平常怕吃肥肉的我也吃多了兩件。鮑汁鮮蝦荷葉飯用鮮荷葉包著,飯粒汁料均稱,荷香四溢。最後的甜品藍莓香芒布甸,咖啡千層糕及杞子桂花糕也不錯,不太甜,但富咬口,給我留下深刻印象。招呼中規中矩,侍應會主動幫你斟茶、換骨碟、分菜等,可能內地假期關係,多了內地遊客,見各人都要快步走。埋

埋單連加一茶芥$1.100多,雖然好像比一般旺區貴,但想想現今香港的地價,以太平山頂的租金皮費開支來比較是合理,難得與身住山上的上等人同Level嘛!靚景加美食,值啲!

再點主菜, 果然, 侍應是"狂sell" 套餐, 每位由千多元至三千多, 我們可不是內地人吧....

下了四款(部份沒相,見諒)
1.泰式老虎蝦: 共8隻, 連一泰醬, 把蝦炸了, 外層鬆脆及加了咸蛋黃, 蝦身鮮甜, 頭殼盡起, 醬汁像小辣海鮮醬, 醒胃之選, 收$168 價錢合理

2. 響螺雞鮑翅: 原盅上,湯底有金華火腿, 響螺,雞, 豬肉, 非常清甜, 已隔油, 魚翅彈牙, 很"咬口" 建議不加醋, 原汁原味, 售$380/盅 必試

3. 片皮鴨: 此鴨不用介紹吧, 但待應提供兩款切法, 淨皮及皮連肉, 兩款也試, 前者當然脆,後者啖啖肉...各有所需...值得一提, 鴨身可取回, 不另收費, 煲湯煲粥屬上品, 約$400, 合理至極
4. 海鮮濃湯冬瓜浸蟹鉗: 濃湯超咸, 蟹鉗不鮮, 俾個湯搞渦咗 $198兩位, 敬而遠之

後記:
這店的部長似乎很hea,很嘆, 未收工便喝紅酒了, 兩位侍應忙不過來, 真辛苦, 面紅紅的男部長似乎忘了橙汁一事, 說甚麼我們是熟客, 跟某明星來過云云, 你真係醉了

I went there for drinking tea. The food is quite tasty, but the service is really really poor. A waiter is extremely poor. We printed a coupon on the web of peak to get a discount of a bread called 天下第一飽, however, he rejected the coupon saying that the printed coupon is not acceptable and only original copy is accepted, which is provided in the leaflet. That was the worst restaurant I've ever had. I seldom go to this kind of high-class restaurant and this experience is really unforgettable. If you want to have a happy meal, this restaurant should not be a good choice.No matter how good the hardware is, software is the key, which this restaurant could not provide. I do not think this restaurant deserves to be so high-classed.

9 of us went to the restaurant located on Victoria Peak on Saturday Night and unfortunately had dinner in Tien Yi. The two sweet and sour fish we ordered we small and definitely not fresh – meat. The two plates of Char Siew and Roast Pork we ordered were not enough to go round – around 12 pieces per serving. We asked for cut chilli and chilli sauce which was served towards the end of the meal and we were charged for two serving of small cut chilli and a chilli sauce – we were served two dishes of cut chilli – HKD25 each. In addition, we had two servings of Kai Lan, one plate of chicken, 9 prawns, an appetizer of jelly fish and 11 bowls of rice – the meal cost us HK$3800.00.

During the meal we were constantly, served food meant for other tables and our food ended up in other peoples table before arriving in ours. We had to tell the waiters that the fried duck meat was for a neighbouring table; he kindly removed it walked around with the dish and then served it to the next table pretending nothing happened. We had to wait for the rice and the after finishing our meal we checked with the Captain if we had any dishes and he No, all served – he took our orders and failed to realize that our prawns did not arrive. We waited for more than 20 minutes for the prawns!

Terrible service and poor quality food – we left hungry!

Environment and decoration is excellent. However, the food quality is far from satisfactory. Just imagine. You pay $180 for a dish of deep Soya Sauce Beef Fried Rice Noodle which is far less than getting one from Tai Pai Koon. Or, you paid about $200 for just half crispy chicken which is only comparable to eating rubber.........dim sums are almost the worst in the worst......the quality is far less than the quality you will usually get in an average Chinese restaurant. Or, you paid about $200 for just half crispy chicken which is only comparable to eating rubber.........dim sums are almost the worst in the worst......the quality is far less than the quality you will usually get in an average Chinese restaurant. Although I did not like Zen (the one in the Peak), I have to admit that I will choose Zen if I really want to have Chinese food when I am at the Peak!!!!

Last weekend I been this restaurant for celebrate my mom bday, we have a lovely dim sum lunch.

The 叉燒 was very good.....肥瘦好味~and also we order 脆皮鷄 the skin was very crispy , also the prawns dumplings very tasty as well.

But the service which makes me a little bit disappointed, because while I would like to order a dessert and ask some recommands, the lady weared in black jacket was very rude, long face to me

I think the management team need to put more afford on their service training.

有個星期日,我老公去左跑馬,咁同囡囡上山頂行下,行到累,到左一間叫天一既中菜食野,一去到,環境一流,經過條瀑布再上樓梯,跟住坐張向窗口的枱so good,跟住叫左d點心,叉燒,安格斯牛河,點心ok喎,大件又好食,叉燒又好有水準,但牛河就好耐先到,又好似冇人理咁,take order時果女服務員仲黑口黑面咁佢地既服務真係差d啦,d黑衫企哂係到吹水都唔理下我地最後都比我等到碟牛河到,我幾驚等到我走都未到,仲有呀,碟牛河係我食過咁多最差既,牛肉好似牛肉干咁,又冇鑊氣,仲要成180碟,又貴又難食,呢間酒樓都幾難要我去多次.

I was very disappointed after going to Tien Yi. Last Sun, I went with my husband there for lunch. 上週六晚,跟老闆到「天一」慶祝結婚紀念。哪兒的裝修,不難看出花了心思。靠window位置,有些兒侷促,但面向維港及港九兩岸煙花景,已彌補不足!晚飯有套餐的,但我們想試試其他非指定菜餚,於是點了醉鴨、京醬排骨、上湯煮四蔬及鵝肝酥。醉鴨及上湯煮四蔬,沒有令人失望,但只屬不過不失。京醬排骨味道較濃,雖名排骨,但頗大件,很有口感,用來跟飯,感覺不錯。而我最愛的是鵝肝酥(名字可能有出入),送上來時有絲絲冒煙,已令我急急欲試!咬落口外層又熱又脆,令蝦及鵝肝保持新鮮的味道。此味菜必需熱吃,因冷了,不論口感及味道會大大降低。到「天一」,點些特別的菜餚,會有驚喜的!此外,服務態度不錯。只是有位四眼哥哥對同事比較惡形惡相,嚇了我一跳!^_^

The toilet was horrible, toilet paper everywhere, smells bad, seems like a public toilet in Mongkok.

Food quality - I found my dim sum were not fully cooked, I found flour on one of the dumplings! Dim Sum is the soul of the restaurant, I was so disappointed!

Definitely not enough staff for the restaurant, we had to walk down some stairs and waved to the waitors to get some attention for filling up the tea pot.

All in all, never gonna go back again.

上到山頂朋友話想食中茱,見到凌宵閣有間中菜廳,咁我地一於試下,這裡是分開兩層,留下大門口對出是酒吧,上層是餐廳主要部分,都有"窗口位"但為數唔多,如果好似我地咁上來又沒有預先留位的話都難䒷 ,但裡面d 工作人員非常之Nice,還被左張咭片叫我地下次上來食野給一張靚枱 給我,雖然唔係經常來,但佢地咁樣講我都會再上來張好枱 (Book 左枱 先),食野方面就點了火焰醉中蝦,XO醬鮑魚卷,漁珠映月(呢個茱他們說之前用來參賽的作品),之後黠多左幾款小菜及炒飯,先講個火焰醉中蝦,個四眼哥仔幫我地燒蝦,他將玫瑰露放入蝦一齊撈埋然後將佢燃燒,洒香樸鼻,正極!! 另外就是試這位黑衫哥仔介紹的參賽作品漁珠映月即是海嵗 鮮蝦玉脯,一試上口,海嵗 味道一流配合新鮮做南瓜汁及海蝦,非常好,這個菜式值得推介給其他人,而服務方面,下至Waiter上至經理都好親切,由巳四眼黑衫哥哥仔,又很推介又攪笑,因燒蝦時候發生d 小趣事(笑話),因火勢猛烈d 火上到這位仁兄個頭頂,所以都幾危險,但他笑覑 講又唔駛剪頭髮,其實這位四眼主任巳經係"Skin Head" AhAh!!!
