一直知道呢間係中環打工仔嘅飯堂咁啱今日過開嚟中環 又未到食飯時間 就嚟試吓呢間茶記啦環境上都比較細,我諗如果真係正值午飯時間嘅話應該都幾難等位佢最出名應該係炒公仔麵但係因為我真係食唔落炒公仔麵,但又為咗一試佢最出名嘅豬扒,我就叫咗個豬扒煎蛋公仔麵嚟試吓隻蛋燶邊半熟塊豬扒掂啊!我覺得係半肥瘦嘅,食落去係真係舒服味道上個汁好正真心覺得如果我係中環返工嘅話,應該會成日嗌佢哋嘅外賣嚟食🤣🤣🤣食完之後更加想試佢哋嘅炒公仔麵係咩料

今天下午於餐廳堂食,1時入座,用QR點餐後等了半小時還未有食物端上,只來了一杯檸檬茶。只見廚房不停做外賣生意,很多圍枱食物也沒有。到1:30pm 終於催促快上餐因2時要回公司。侍應有幫忙催促,但再過十分鐘也沒來。再催促下,侍應謂冇辦法,叫我取消order. 已經1:45分了,晏都食唔到便要趕回公司。既然中午午市廚房唔夠人手,就不應該接太多外賣 order, 搞到堂食冇法做到。浪費客人時間,怪不得香港人都不想在香港用餐。😤

𐂂 收藏已久的茶記,其招牌是厚切豬扒和瑞士汁雞翼。⸜♡⸝ 室內面積頗細,以牛油果綠為主調色,座位分左右兩邊,右邊是卡座,左邊是梳發椅,簡單裝潢,比傳統茶記稍為整齊乾淨 (●'▿'●)。゚・𖥸──────-ˋˏ 𝓜𝓮𝓷𝓾 ˎˊ-──────𖥸 。゚・✎ ̼ 鼓油皇厚切豬扒雞翼公仔麵 $72份量好豐富,豬扒跟手掌一樣大小,相當厚身而點難切,肉質有少少乾,而雞翼醃得剛好,瑞士汁好突出,個人覺得比豬扒更好吃。公仔麵炒得較油和重鼓油,油香十足。✎ ̼ 熱朱古力 $2不會太甜~

星期日係中環覓食,發現原來附近好多餐廳星期日都唔開門😰🔒已經好肚餓,就求其喺附近搵咗一間茶餐廳,見啲凳都好似坐得幾舒服,就入去試吓😎豉油皇厚切豬扒腸仔炒公仔麵 $68見到個名覺得好吸引就嗌咗,一上枱真係太香,唔記得咗影相就已經切咗塊豬扒🤣🤣塊豬扒煎得幾淋,同幾入味🐷腸仔就係正常廚師腸,不過個公仔麵就略嫌太重豉油,太鹹了,係相入邊都見到啲色水好深,所以就係呢度扣咗少少分😰鹹牛肉雞蛋三文治 (烘底) $42等到2 點半,就係為咗叫佢個下午茶餐,識叫一定係叫蛋牛治🥪我就加多咗$2 要埋烘底,塊麵包係厚切,烘得啱啱好,脆卜卜,炒蛋同鹹牛肉仲係熱辣辣,炒蛋中和咗牛肉嘅鹹味,而且好足料,就咁食一邊已經飽咗一半🤰🏻🤣煉奶西多士 $38係最邪惡嘅西多士呀🤤😈西多炸得好脆,切開咗4 舊嚟炸,所以每一啖都可以食到脆嘅邊皮,外面嘅煉奶同牛油俾熱辣辣嘅西多整溶咗,然後咬落去仲有花生醬夾心陷,我就係要呢啲味道🫵🏻😍鍾意食甜嘢嘅你哋,一定要嚟試下佢!.總括嚟講,以茶餐廳水準呢間食物質素幾好,而且環境舒適,係附近唔知食咩又唔想食太貴嘅,都可以嚟試下😉

Finally tried out Tin Fung, which is famous for their 𝒉𝒖𝒈𝒆 pork chop rice and swiss sauce chicken wings! This is a great budget option too if you’re looking for a filling lunch in Central! 🐷 Pic 1️⃣: 瑞士汁雞翼蛋炒公仔麵 / 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗡𝗼𝗼𝗱𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝗪𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗘𝗴𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝗦𝘄𝗶𝘀𝘀 𝗦𝗮𝘂𝗰𝗲 - $68 hkd 🍳 🍗 — Super satisfying plate and portion sizes here are very generous for sure! The noodles soaked up all the flavours of the swiss sauce nicely and were well seasoned. The sauce is definitely more on the sweeter end though and I would’ve preferred this to be slightly more savoury. The wings were super tasty and flavourful, and the meat was tender too. Noodles could’ve done with a few more seconds as they were a little harder than preferred. The sunny side up egg sealed the deal here and went so well with the dish.Pic 2️⃣: 煉奶西多士 / 𝗧𝗼𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗸 $38 hkd 🍞 — Who can resist any HK-style french toast? This was perfectly deep fried, giving it that crunchy, indulgent shell that encapsulates this creamy, pillowy soft interior that is smothered in an aromatic peanut butter. It’s then finished with a drizzle of condensed milk to create the perfect french toast. Would’ve like to have a bit more condensed milk for that extra milky flavour, but otherwise this was perfect!Pic 3️⃣: 豉油皇厚切豬扒蛋飯 / 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗖𝗵𝗼𝗽 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗘𝗴𝗴 𝗥𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗦𝗼𝘆 𝗦𝗮𝘂𝗰𝗲 - $65 hkd 🐖 — Would you look at the size of that pork chop?! The pork chop definitely stole the show here as it was really well marinated, tender, juicy and full of flavour. The soy sauce went nicely with the pork and fried eggs too. Overall a very fulfilling plate to fill you up!
