唔記得買早餐,隨便去左呢開買左餐蛋治,本身冇乜期待,但係食落幾好食,比我expectation 高。咁岩我個個餐蛋治係即整,個炒蛋煎得好香,午餐都有煎香。仲叫左杯奶茶少甜,真係俾左少甜,如果唔記得買早餐都可以選擇呢個

因為睇醫生人多,食唔到早餐,只能快快到餐廳食飯,再去攞葯。來到都快下午茶時段,很多菜式都沒有,沒有收起餐牌,要點餐先知無。3個收銀櫃,2個坐著叫人過其中一個櫃點菜。無選擇之下只好叫焗飯,咸蛋黃焗豬豚肉 HKD54,跟熱飲,凍飲要加HKD3.5。焗飯是微暖不熱,豬豚肉入口肉質係梅,無味,飯口感係淋同散,最重要無咸蛋味得醬汁味,真心係求奇整個焗飯一樣,食左幾口飯,要走去問職員呢個係咪咸蛋黃焗豬豚肉飯,職員話無錯。最後杯凍檸檬茶味道還可以。

相信冇人想係醫院食野,但有時特別情況下,都冇辦法。呢間扮明係大家樂,但質量同街差一大截,價錢仲要貴過出面,其實有時都唔明, 佢地點解可以咁貴,入公家醫院,食餐飯都唔平。如果係醫管居收租貴, 食物都要對得住價錢。中午因為要比醫護人員食, 病人就要去旁邊個間房仔,又冇咩冷氣,大熱天時, 真係百味齊放, 飯味加汗味,真係啖啖香香。 當然明白醫護人員辛苦,我都贊成佢地咁分時段,只是病人或探訪客間房,不是坐監,比既錢仲貴d, 係唔係要好少少,清潔同空氣流通是基本的。我今日食早餐, 工作人員一路做,一路傾, 整到條龍長到😰。 叫個火腿通粉,一d都唔熱,雞扎成$20碟,都比d誠意先得架, 冬菇火腿都冇,蒸到霉晒。醫院食野主打清淡冇問題,唔係水煮, 比少少誠意啦。

今日黎抽血,抽完血梗係要補返先得啦,所以來到這裡諗住食個早餐先,當一個人病的話,就會發現其實醫院canteen的早餐唔係太健康 ,我揀了好耐先搵到一個蕃茄肉碎煎蛋通粉比較健康一點。所以就叫了這款早餐。個蕃茄通粉都幾多蕃茄醬,帶有少少酸,應該落左一點茄汁煮,但味道都幾好的。肉碎切得好碎,冇口感可言,好彩仲有隻煎蛋食下,通粉用上扭扭有條紋的通粉,雖然我唔鐘意食有紋通粉,但用作蕃茄醬上,可以掛到醬汁一齊食,味道唔錯,通粉唔會好腍,恰度好處,配埋杯熱檸水,係一個不錯的配搭!如果想在醫院飯堂想食得健康一點,呢個餐都係不錯算擇!

I’ve eaten here for many times and honestly it’s definitely not cheap withOUT the staff discount. A rice set without drinks can cost up to $40 during lunch time and there’s always a long queue.I ordered the fried eggs & fish rice the other day and waited for my order number to appear on the screen. 10 minutes passed, and this plate of food was what I got... Needless to say, it’s definitely NOT what I ordered but I ate it anyway as I didn’t want to wait for another 10min or so.The tomato sauce, luckily, tasted pretty good as it caught a good balance between sweetness and sourness. The fried fish was good too.
