今日冇乜胃口食飯,所以去左公司附近既粉麵鋪食。睇到門口餐牌都知貴,但唔又想食飯,都照入去試下係咪值比呢個錢。坐低嗌左個牛根粗麵套餐包油菜同飲品(69蚊)。碗野黎到湯底多油,再試一啖麵,麵係淋既!一啲都唔爽口!個湯底仲好咸!同出面3x蚊一碗麵個質素差咁老遠!完全唔值呢個價錢。唯一諗到可以賣到咁貴既原因就係附近冇粉麵鋪競爭(好似係)。最離譜係員工衛生問題,一早烚定一大堆菜,午市人多預定啲菜我理解既,問題係當有客要油菜個時佢係用手‘’拿” 上碟!雖然帶左手套,但佢會用同一隻手去拎抹枱毛巾抹枱。大佬呀!識唔識用食物夾嫁?仲比我見到啲菜跌左落枱,係會用手“拿‘’返上隻碟比人食。幻想下啲菜撈左抹枱啲污嘈野一齊食,幾噁心!永冇下次,可以black list bye!

我很喜愛的「富怡粉麵」,主打「新派潮式坑腩、肥腩」,還有牛舌、牛𦟌、牛肚,都做得好,簡直是愛牛人士之地。典型港式粉麵店格局,環境少許麻甩,我通常外賣回辦公室吃。所謂「新派潮式」,我覺得滷水汁比較濃,甜度較輕卻更惹味,略帶些五香柱侯醬的味道,燜製出來的牛腩是爽與滑都有做到。麵底通常我會選擇河粉,爽身;加上我通常要「加色」多腩汁,河粉非常掛湯,配合來吃是平凡中顯滋味。我通常都是雙拼,幾款互相搭配,「坑腩牛肚河」$52牛腩的份量夠多,而且塊頭大,在中間堆成小山丘,味道做得依舊好:坑腩牛的隔膜部位賣相不錯,口感比一般牛腩實在,牛肉味道更濃,而且不鞋口:牛各部位也炆得入味,那個五香滷水汁膽,值得一讚:滷水牛舌是我強烈推介,入口軟綿,香透:而且此店每碗粉麵附送的生菜都很多,不用另外叫油菜,夠健康又可慳返啲盤川!

九龍灣說是商貿區, 其實也有很多工業大廈, 形成陳舊和光鮮互相交錯的市景, 這裏餐廳的選擇除了工廈飯堂, 又或者是附近住宅商場的餐廳外, 也有怡富這家牛腩牛雜粉麵店, 是我在這區最常光顧的. 沒有甚麼光鮮的裝修, 就是煮麵的爐和滷水牛腩牛雜放在窗邊的經典風格. 牛雜牛腩河的份量比平時街邊吃的粉麵店多, 無論是河粉還是配料, 牛腩沒有什麼特別部位, 但就是點了較肥的部位, 非常嫩滑, 接近十塊的份量也相當慷慨. 河粉沒有因為份量多而糊化, 夾起來依然是完整的長條. 湯頭加上滷水, 配上潮州辣椒油, 再點一碟酥炸魚皮浸湯, 就是經典.Kowloon Bay is said to be a business and trade district, but in reality, there are also many industrial buildings that create a mix of old and modern views of the city. There are various restaurant options here, besides the cafeteria in the industrial buildings or the restaurants in nearby residential malls, there is also Yi Fu, a beef offal and beef brisket noodle shop, which is the place I frequent the most in this area. It doesn‘t have any fancy decorations, just a classic style with the noodle cooking stove and braised beef and offal placed by the window. The portion of beef offal and beef brisket in the noodle soup is larger than the ones in street-side noodle shops, and regardless of the noodles or the toppings, the beef brisket is tender and generous in size. The noodles do not become soggy due to the large portion, and they remain intact when picked up. The broth, mixed with braised beef stock and served with Chaozhou chili oil, along with a side of crispy fried fish skin, is a classic combination.

🍛呢次去食嘅餐廳, 啲牛腩河真係一試難忘💡啲牛腩質感好到不得了,細細塊嫩滑,食落去即刻覺得幸福感爆燈🎆!啲河哦,條條分明,帶啲彈性,同啲滋味十足嘅牛腩一撈一夾,每一啖都過足癮。佢哋啲至尊河仲要落足料,有蝦、有魷魚,七彩繽紛,啖啖鮮甜!食物質素啱唔差嘅,就系份量多到女仔可能會攤番出嚟👧。而且,佢哋嘅辣椒油,哇!嗰個香味喺口腔立即四溢,帶嚟咁興奮嘅感受,每次食完都令我期待下一次再嚟探尋呢座味覺嘅樂園🌈。總之,喺呢度食飯,開心同滿足度爆表,真係食得一愣一愣咁!

今日嚟到工廠區,唔想食太飽又唔想食連鎖店,就入咗呢間富怡試下。點了一個牛腩河$52,姐姐話下午茶時間加$5有杯野飲,要了凍檸茶。牛腩河湯底是深色,但飲落唔太咸亦唔重味精,唔會覺得口渴。牛腩偏瘦,得少少少肥,但唔會痴牙,而且煮得好淋,有牛肉香。河粉細滑好味,而呢度提供嘅辣椒油不會太辣,嗜辣嘅朋友要多加一點了!$52 一碗的確是偏貴,但份量很充足夠大碗。杯凍檸茶亦做到少甜少冰都夠茶味,餐廳使用膠飲管,如果可以轉用紙/可分解飲管就更好更愛地球🌍。餐廳環境一般,座位偏窄,但尚算衛生整潔!
