一間高質米線,地址方便,喺灣仔/銅鑼灣都好易去到,餐點有雲南特色,可以食到出面冇嘅菜色。要提一提佢嘅招牌氣鍋雞: 用特製汽鍋,通過蒸汽將雞肉蒸熟,保留到雞肉嘅原汁原味,又有清澈嘅湯汁,營養豐富。一人份雞味濃,有油香但唔會話飲到一口油,有菇菌味;可能因為用蒸氣煮,所以雞件唔柴離骨,又入味,肉質唔錯,藥材香亦都滲哂入去。叫咗碗酸辣米線,酸味為主,唔會死辣,叫埋小辣食得舒服,米線份量十足。特別試咗佢嘅油雞樅菌,香口脆卜卜,油香十足,同埋平時好少會見到米線有得叫,加埋米線食就咸淡得宜!另外嘅特色嘢係豆花撈米線,出面又係好少見。豆花香滑清新,夏天食落去涼涼地好舒服,適合淡口味之人,撈落米線係十分之夾,因為兩樣都好滑口;肉碎微辣有特色,蕃茄帶來清澈嘅感覺,令個米線唔會太油膩又多一份自然嘅清甜。配菜係豬排,有越南香茅嘅味道,估唔到食雲南米線都食到越南嘢嘅風味。另外叫咗涼拌金耳,十分獨特,清新口感爽,有食刺身嘅感覺,點埋豉油同wasabi又有另一種風味!想試下全新嘅米線風味就要嚟呢間小瑪哥到試下啦!

氣鍋雞套餐1. 招牌氣鍋雞(山珍氣鍋雞)是雲南風味的牛肝菌蘑菇雞湯蒸籠,雞湯鮮甜濃郁,牛肝菌帶來獨特的松木香與大地氣息,其他蘑菇,如雞樅菌,增添層次感,蒸製手法鎖住湯汁精華,雞肉滑嫩脫骨,牛肝菌肥厚帶微韌性,菌菇吸飽湯汁後口感飽滿,蒸籠保留食材原味,湯頭清澈卻滋味深厚,雞肉精華與山珍燉煮後令口感豐富。2. 頭盤小食(涼拌金耳)是創意涼拌菜,入口酸辣開胃,山葵的辛辣與醋汁以香醋、辣油為主,搭配蒜末和香菜提香,金耳本身味道清淡,能吸收醋汁,刑成酸爽微嗆,金耳質地獨特,外層爽滑如海蜇皮,內裡柔軟帶輕微膠質感,整體開胃解膩。3. 主菜(香茅豬扒)東南亞風味主導,香茅、魚露、檸檬葉的清新酸香滲入豬肉,表面焦糖化帶微甜,附薑黃、蒜末帶來鮮香,豬扒外酥脆內多汁,外皮煎至酥脆,肉質因醃漬軟化不乾硬,香茅令肉質增添咀嚼感,配合青瓜絲提升濕潤度,入口爽滑香脆。4. 主食(金牌小鍋湯米線、絲苗白飯)金牌小鍋湯米線是酸辣肉末米線,酸辣鮮明,發酵酸來自雲南酸菜,辣味由糊辣椒主導,肉末炒香後帶焦香,湯底鮮味濃郁,搭配韭菜配料提清爽,米線柔滑帶彈性,肉末細碎有嚼勁,湯汁濃稠能掛住米粉,酸辣刺激中透出鮮甜後韻。絲苗白飯是米香純粹,選用香米,淡淡甜味,粒粒分明且彈牙,不黏糊,適合搭配氣鍋雞湯汁。5. 甜品(玫瑰冰冰粉、彩虹芋圓冰冰粉)玫瑰冰冰粉嘅濃郁的玫瑰花香為主,玫瑰糖漿的清甜,加入蜜蜂甜味增添果香,底層有淡雅奶香,冰粉如果凍般顫動,入口即化,搭配芝麻粒增加咀嚼感。彩虹芋圓冰冰粉是芋圓帶地瓜、紫薯、芋頭的自然甜味,糖水為椰奶基底,甜度較低突出自然花香,芋圓Q彈有嚼勁,冰粉滑溜,整體冷熱交替,入口即化,特別好味嘅甜品。小瑪哥餐廳食物質素好,份量不少,菜式好味道,價錢又唔貴,仲冇加一,店員服務態度又好,好值得向大家推介來食。

今日係灣仔做gym,諗住食埋個飯先返屋企。見到呢間米線好似唔錯,唔小心叫哂所有餸都係雞😂不過可以補充下蛋白質都好。.原本氣鍋雞係雞湯黎,入面都好足料有齊魚肚,兩個人飲左個湯已經有少少飽。呢個召通醬雞翼係見到隔離枱食所以先叫,幾惹味嘅!仲有米線必備口水雞,次次都要攞d汁落去撈米線食。.食左咁多野雞,全部都係滑雞,無投訴。米線叫左一個清湯一個辣味。最正係個餐有甜品,豆腐花同冰粉正。超鐘意食冰粉,但香港好少地方有得食。價錢參考下,二人餐有咁多野。

My stop at 小瑪哥米線 in Wan Chai was a great pick for a quick meal, offering the familiar, no-frills vibe of a typical Hong Kong cha chaan teng. The place was straightforward, ideal for a fast bite, and even though the air conditioning was a bit weak, it didn’t take away from the experience. The service was efficient, keeping everything on track.I was genuinely surprised by the 氣鍋雞, a dish new to me and, as I later learned, quite rare in Hong Kong. Its chicken soup was a highlight, full of rich, savory flavor that made every spoonful feel like comfort in a bowl. The Zhaotong sauce chicken wings were equally impressive, crispy on the outside with a sweet, flavorful sauce that packed a nice punch.My boyfriend went for the rice noodle dish with fresh tomato soup, which he enjoyed with his choice of ingredients, and we also shared the blanched vegetables, which were solid additions. 小瑪哥米線 is a dependable spot for a quick, satisfying meal, especially if you’re curious about something like the 氣鍋雞. I’m already looking forward to our next visit for more of that soup and those tasty wings.

今日收工搭叮叮去菲林明道,小瑪哥米線,就係電車站隔離。呢度手機落單。呢度有套餐又有單點。我揀左酸菜魚米線$78,油雞樅菌(+$10),蔬菜(+$10)。涼拌黄金耳(半份)($33),然後飲品係蜜語水果茶($10)。米線個湯就唔係我地平食食開啲酸菜魚金湯。係另一種雲南風味。油雞樅菌係硬身,熱食,炒起之後個菇啲味又唔似平食啲冬菇、蘑菇,幾特別,個味好香。一search下原來係珍稀野生食用菌,據說曾經係貢品。啲魚係大鱸魚,個份量就唔算好多,但勝在夠滑身。涼拌金耳,原來英文叫tremella mushroom,別稱黃耳。見咁特別決定叫黎試下。同平時食米線成日食啲木耳。口感居然有啲似魚蛋!係凍食既,用豉油加芥末。水果茶真係有真水果,有西瓜、火龍果等等。
