早幾日係屋企同媽咪慶祝母親節💐由細佬發辦下廚,佢話佢令餐母親節飯又好食又健康又充滿愛咁話喎😍😍(家姐內心OS:前菜用 Ham & cheese platter 配酒⋯ 健康?😂😂)近年大家喺飲食方面會講求健康、環保,其實葡萄酒亦唔例外!🍷其中,講求維持生態平衡嘅生物動力法(Biodynamic)更被受推崇。🍇呢個概念早在1924年就被提出,但到60年代左右先喺法國Alsace發跡,其後亦喺法國其他地區先行發展。今次就同大家介紹以下兩支出自法國嘅Biodynamic酒啦~ 🇫🇷🇫🇷🥂ZIND HUMBRECHT RIESLING RANGEN DE THANN GRAND CRU 2018 🇫🇷 法國Alsace以盛產乾型葡萄酒而聞名,當地酒莊Zind Humbrecht更係代表酒莊之一。現任莊主Olivier Humbrecht不但係第一位拎到葡萄酒最高榮耀葡萄酒大師(MW)嘅法國釀酒師,同時亦係一位農業科學家。其Riesling Rangen de Thann Grand Cru 2018出產於特級園Rangen de Thann,園區擁有獨特嘅火山灰土壤,風土條件優異,但因為地勢陡峭而耕種困難,所以只有少數幾間酒莊喺當地種植葡萄。呢支典型嘅Alsace Riesling採自平均56歲葡萄籐,風土表現特出,亦具陳年潛力。🍷BEAURENARD CHATEAUNEUF DU PAPE 2019 🇫🇷 Domaine de Beaurenard位於法國Rhone Valley,依家由家族第七代主理, 歷史非常悠久。2018年11月,酒莊更登上《Wine Spectator》封面,標題為「經典美酒、高CP」,實力不容忽視。而呢支Chateauneuf du Pape 2020就係酒莊旗艦酒款,用上Chateauneuf du Pape AOC區內所允許嘅13種葡萄混釀而成,葡萄籐平均45歲。葡萄酒香氣細緻、口感飽滿,除咗得到Wine Spectator 93分以及James Suckling 92分高分,更喺生物動力法獲得有機種植(Ecocert認證)同生物動力法(Demeter認證)雙認證,絕對值得一試! 繼續閱讀
