早幾日係屋企同媽咪慶祝母親節💐由細佬發辦下廚，佢話佢令餐母親節飯又好食又健康又充滿愛咁話喎😍😍（家姐內心OS：前菜用 Ham & cheese platter 配酒⋯ 健康？😂😂）近年大家喺飲食方面會講求健康、環保，其實葡萄酒亦唔例外！🍷其中，講求維持生態平衡嘅生物動力法（Biodynamic）更被受推崇。🍇呢個概念早在1924年就被提出，但到60年代左右先喺法國Alsace發跡，其後亦喺法國其他地區先行發展。今次就同大家介紹以下兩支出自法國嘅Biodynamic酒啦～ 🇫🇷🇫🇷🥂ZIND HUMBRECHT RIESLING RANGEN DE THANN GRAND CRU 2018 🇫🇷 法國Alsace以盛產乾型葡萄酒而聞名，當地酒莊Zind Humbrecht更係代表酒莊之一。現任莊主Olivier Humbrecht不但係第一位拎到葡萄酒最高榮耀葡萄酒大師（MW）嘅法國釀酒師，同時亦係一位農業科學家。其Riesling Rangen de Thann Grand Cru 2018出產於特級園Rangen de Thann，園區擁有獨特嘅火山灰土壤，風土條件優異，但因為地勢陡峭而耕種困難，所以只有少數幾間酒莊喺當地種植葡萄。呢支典型嘅Alsace Riesling採自平均56歲葡萄籐，風土表現特出，亦具陳年潛力。🍷BEAURENARD CHATEAUNEUF DU PAPE 2019 🇫🇷 Domaine de Beaurenard位於法國Rhone Valley，依家由家族第七代主理， 歷史非常悠久。2018年11月，酒莊更登上《Wine Spectator》封面，標題為「經典美酒、高CP」，實力不容忽視。而呢支Chateauneuf du Pape 2020就係酒莊旗艦酒款，用上Chateauneuf du Pape AOC區內所允許嘅13種葡萄混釀而成，葡萄籐平均45歲。葡萄酒香氣細緻、口感飽滿，除咗得到Wine Spectator 93分以及James Suckling 92分高分，更喺生物動力法獲得有機種植（Ecocert認證）同生物動力法（Demeter認證）雙認證，絕對值得一試！
