When Judy Chan took over Grace Vineyard in 2002, the winery quickly became one of the top brands in China with its vineyards located in Shanxi and Ningxia, enjoying a typical continental climate with a large diurnal range to slowly ripen the grapes.-☞ 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐕𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐲𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐃𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐁𝐥𝐮𝐞 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟎 - 𝐇𝐊$𝟒𝟒𝟖This flagship wine is a cross-regional blend wine from Shanxi and Ningxia, with 78% Merlot, 11% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Cabernet Franc, and 6% Marselan; it’s a beautiful wine that extrudes ripe dark plums and blue fruits notes along with oak and vanilla on the background, yet given with complex fruits and chocolate notes and fine tannins on the palate. 早幾日係屋企同媽咪慶祝母親節💐由細佬發辦下廚，佢話佢令餐母親節飯又好食又健康又充滿愛咁話喎😍😍（家姐內心OS：前菜用 Ham & cheese platter 配酒⋯ 健康？😂😂）近年大家喺飲食方面會講求健康、環保，其實葡萄酒亦唔例外！🍷其中，講求維持生態平衡嘅生物動力法（Biodynamic）更被受推崇。🍇呢個概念早在1924年就被提出，但到60年代左右先喺法國Alsace發跡，其後亦喺法國其他地區先行發展。今次就同大家介紹以下兩支出自法國嘅Biodynamic酒啦～ 🇫🇷🇫🇷🥂ZIND HUMBRECHT RIESLING RANGEN DE THANN GRAND CRU 2018 🇫🇷 法國Alsace以盛產乾型葡萄酒而聞名，當地酒莊Zind Humbrecht更係代表酒莊之一。現任莊主Olivier Humbrecht不但係第一位拎到葡萄酒最高榮耀葡萄酒大師（MW）嘅法國釀酒師，同時亦係一位農業科學家。其Riesling Rangen de Thann Grand Cru 2018出產於特級園Rangen de Thann，園區擁有獨特嘅火山灰土壤，風土條件優異，但因為地勢陡峭而耕種困難，所以只有少數幾間酒莊喺當地種植葡萄。呢支典型嘅Alsace Riesling採自平均56歲葡萄籐，風土表現特出，亦具陳年潛力。🍷BEAURENARD CHATEAUNEUF DU PAPE 2019 🇫🇷 Domaine de Beaurenard位於法國Rhone Valley，依家由家族第七代主理， 歷史非常悠久。2018年11月，酒莊更登上《Wine Spectator》封面，標題為「經典美酒、高CP」，實力不容忽視。而呢支Chateauneuf du Pape 2020就係酒莊旗艦酒款，用上Chateauneuf du Pape AOC區內所允許嘅13種葡萄混釀而成，葡萄籐平均45歲。葡萄酒香氣細緻、口感飽滿，除咗得到Wine Spectator 93分以及James Suckling 92分高分，更喺生物動力法獲得有機種植（Ecocert認證）同生物動力法（Demeter認證）雙認證，絕對值得一試！
