呢晚約咗個嗜辣嘅友人食晚飯 搵咗呢間喺銅鑼灣嘅川菜 主力想食佢嘅川式烤魚😉燒椒金色皮蛋因為太肚餓 所以嗌咗碟前菜食下 呢碟皮蛋並唔係黑鼆鼆嗰種😮 所以一上碟已經覺得好賞心悅目 面頭有啲鮮蒜蓉同埋辣椒 食落口有浸煙燻嘅味道 仲有部份皮蛋係流心㗎👅 膠原脆皮豬手呢個一定係必叫之選 豬手厚肉 而且豬皮炸到好鬆化 配埋椒鹽加花椒嘅調味料🧂 豬手嘅肉仲好軟腍 而且每件都好大件 都幾抵食 食完真係覺得骨膠原滿滿☺️酸菜豆腐青花椒烤魚呢碟酸菜魚已經有埋豆腐同埋芽菜喺底🐟 估唔到豆腐同埋酸菜魚嘅味道咁夾 豆腐幾滑 不過都唔夠酸菜魚嘅魚肉嫩滑 呢條酸菜魚份量都幾多 魚肉魚油豐富 所以食落口特別嫩口🥰 黃金小饅頭 小饅頭炸得好酥脆 上碟時熱辣辣 外脆內軟 點埋煉奶食就啱啦☺️ 一碟有六件 方便同朋友分享特別欣賞呢度店員嘅服務 因為我喺地鐵站趕過嚟 入座嘅時候滴晒汗 店員竟然留意到 仲特登較大啲個冷氣 等我可以涼快啲 真係超級貼心啊🥹 繼續閱讀

川式口水雞份量足夠兩人食,雞皮爽彈,肉味濃厚,調味咸咸香香唔會太辣死咸,啱哂香港人口味😋😋血旺肥腸烤魚一大盤上枱用爐慢慢一路滾住一路食,開頭仲以為會愈食愈辣,點知可以頂到食完都唔駛飲野😅講返味道先,湯底鮮香辣,肥腸無異味,鴨血爽口,湯底充分滲透落去令味道更上一層樓👏🏻條魚就無乜細骨,怕魚骨既我都食得都好放心舒服😂👍😋熊貓冰粉外型靚仔,打咭必備😆冰涼透心,加上花生果乾,每啖都甜絲絲,解辣消油膩,會枱必點👍👍 繼續閱讀
