The broth was simmered with a generous amount of shrimp, creating a rich and flavorful base. Before serving, the waiter poured shrimp oil into the broth, intensifying the taste of the already thick and creamy soup. Each bowl featured three large soy sauce-infused unpeeled shrimps, which had a firm and elastic texture, accompanied by green onions and sakura shrimps as toppings.

I also ordered Oyster, marinated in soy sauce and served chill. The oyster was huge, and each bite was succulent and fresh.

Despite the long queue at the resto, the turnover was quick, so we didn't have to wait for a long time. While waiting in line, each of us was served with a bottle of water.
.
The resto specializes in one type of ramen, and the price of the food is on the higher end.
