大年初二來到深水埗附近拜年⋯順道帶媽媽一探星級米芝蓮文記車仔麵一嚐…😋正值大年初二,週圍食肆都沒開舖,文記當然如常大排長龍⋯沒事做就順道一試吧!價目如下:首先食物環境欠奉⋯沿著人龍逐人先點餐後付款⋯麵有職工為客人奉上,不過會指定客人用餐位置⋯不得選位,有欠自由車仔湯底尚算出色,不過又未至於勁好食,可能期望太大吧!人稱車仔麵天花板嘛⋯⋯鹵水雞翼是招牌餸⋯食得出鹵水的應該都是本店出色之作⋯不過又未至於勁好食牛孖筋夠冧,牛腩雖冧but有少渣⋯價錢略貴⋯正正常常的一家不太差的車仔麵餐,一試無妨吧!👌🏻 繼續閱讀

Being able to choose your favourite type of noodles, toppings, and broth makes the experience feel personal and tailored to your cravings. This time I went with fresh egg noodles, paired with beef tendon, beef tripe, soy-braised pork intestines, seaweed, and sweet radish, all swimming in a rich beef sauce with just the right touch of spice. The noodles were perfectly chewy and absorbed the bold flavors of the broth, while the toppings added depth and complexity to each bite. 被譽為米芝蓮嘅車仔麵,專誠遠到而來。食第一口就覺得中伏,湯底十分「重口味」。食完飲咗兩支解茶才沒有咁口渴。餸菜一般跟其他店舖沒有大分別,只係多選擇。職員態度麻麻不會再光顧 繼續閱讀

我哋今日一家三口朝頭早就去食文記車仔麵,因為順便經過就想食,都唔算好多人排隊,等咗大約10分鐘就到我哋。我就嗌咗一碗粗麵,叫咗蘿蔔,瑞士雞翼同埋玻璃魷魚🦑其實啲餸都真係幾好食,因為我經已唔係第一次幫襯,所以耐唔耐我都會想食吓佢個車仔麵,佢嘅辣真係調得唔錯👍🏻但係今次個粗麵就真係有啲失準,食嘅時候夾起嚟仲會有一餅餅嘅感覺,都未將啲面完全分開晒,仲有啲硬,真係有啲失望😖另外我叫咗一杯熱菜蜜,嚟到個杯邊係好污糟,抹極都抹唔甩,咁我就再叫佢換多另一杯俾我,再換過一杯嚟,個杯邊仍然都係好污糟,我唔知佢係有換,定係攞返原本個杯嚟俾我😅咁我最後就冇用過杯嚟飲,倒咗落另一個杯用飲管飲。今次整體嘅感覺真係有啲失準,希望只是今次失準,如果唔係就真係配唔上米芝蓮呢個稱號。 繼續閱讀

❣️久唔久經開就會想食嘅文記,出名多菜式、湯底濃,醬料同餸夠多配搭,以前食開經常排長龍,而家開多咗幾間堂食店,開到零晨,仲有得掃code 落order,有得電子支付👍🏻 推薦瑞士汁雞翼、西洋菜餃、玻璃魷魚🤤 招牌瑞士湯底甜甜地味道一流👅 繼續閱讀
