作為一個升斗市民,間唔中都要食下頹飯既。因為,頹飯就是我們生活的一部份,而且總有一間好食既頹飯飯店,在我們居住、工作或求學地點的周邊。也可以說,在我們的生活之中,總有一至兩間頹飯店係大家會經常光顧的。是日,我來到半山的堅道找朋友食午飯,朋友的推介,是糧尾的頹飯店。在堅道上,我早知道有兩間茶餐廳係頹到十足的,是半山工友同學生的大飯堂的好地方,而朋友帶我來的,是這一家最頹、最舊的《新藍塘麵包餐廳》。 此茶餐廳是一間老字號,好似是1969年開業的,從內外的古老感覺已經看得出有一種老味道。另外,這餐廳有許多早已經買少見少的自家製包點提供,看見紙包蛋糕,蛋糕仔同合桃蛋糕,大家又有沒有像我,憶起童年呢? 說明這兒提供的是頹飯,有飯有湯的奶茶的套餐,沒有半點不令人覺得不頹的。我同朋友都異口同聲地叫了紅湯 (羅宋湯)。這一個羅宋湯,可以說是好老火,菜,蕃茄及牛肉的精華全部都煲晒出黎,我可以說,這是一個中式的羅宋湯。 飯,絕對是頹味十足,洋蔥豬扒飯,一件預先煎好的扒,一個以漿粉為主的汁。雖有茄汁香同洋蔥香,但主要都是美極醬油的香,稱不上好食,但有這樣的一個汁伴飯,係會令你好快趣地食晒一大碟飯的。 洋蔥雞扒飯,同洋蔥豬扒飯絕對是異曲同工,味道上,我可以說是一樣的,所以,我不打算重覆把以上的文打多一次了。 奶茶頹嗎? 當佢都係頹啦。奶味夠,有茶味,以不過不失來形容是最貼切的。 很頹的一餐飯,往往是這一些頹飯店,才會個個中午都 full house。當然,在半山區,平價的茶仔的確是不多。而這《新藍塘麵包餐廳》絕對是半山區工友及學生的中午聚腳點。

2016年12月31日是新藍塘餐廳最後一日。我從前是高主敎書院的學生。特意回來這家茶記,品嚐最馳名的雞脾及炸薯條。我點了以下菜式。咖哩雞脾飯加周打魚湯加熱奶茶 $43炸薯條 $15個咖哩汁好厚底,混入個飯一齊食就好正。個雞脾係滷水雞脾。好有風味。個飯好一般,但加埋個咖哩汁就好食。周打魚湯好一般。唔算好飲。個湯無料。杯奶茶好一般,但好香濃。個炸薯條加埋個亨氏蕃茄汁,加埋一齊食就好滋味。食完還特意走去後巷,回味一下。

I quite like this place because everything is OLD including the massive air con machine etc.{The blue thing is the air con}{Switch to the air con}They serve the usual Chinese fare but the old guy that works there is really cute!The first time I went there he was really cocky and snappy, when he saw me taking photos of the food he positioned the plate of food at what he thought was a better angle for pictures.I saw photos posted on social media that this place will close down on the 31st Dec 2016 so I decided to go there one more time.I had the beef flat rice noodles which were quite hard, I suspect this is not their usual supply because it is the type you have to boil first and since they are closing down it is not wise to order lots of fresh ingredients.Other than that, it tasted really good and I liked the bent metal plate which they have probably used for years and many years to come if they didn't have to close down.When I left I took a photo with the old guy and he was really cute and posed the same way I did.

友人一直想食嘅西炒飯、廈門炒米,呢度居然有,唔叫餐散叫都要食。友人嘅西炒飯味道唔錯但略濕。我嘅廈門炒米夠乾身,雖然冇五柳菜,但基本嘅洋蔥青椒蝦仔火腿火鴨蛋絲頗豐富,味道帶淡淡嘅茄汁味。

老公放假,陪他去拜年,因為他親戚新年外遊,到現在大家有空才見面,路過堅道,老公話讀書時經常在這間麵包店買麵包食,在門前蹓蹥一會,後來索性入內食個茶餐。已經N年無食過炸雞髀,就要個炸雞髀薯條和熱檸茶。$29,幾抵!吃炸雞髀不同吃炸雞翼,因為雞髀肉多,最重要是醃料好,醃得入味,但這隻無乜香料,只得豉油的死咸,肉質也不滑,然而,炸過的肉怎也有些香味,不至於難吃便是,喜歡粗的炸薯條,但份量不多,以這個價錢也無話可說。
