They have several set of menu, offering a wide range of Japanese cuisine such as sashimi, sushi, grilled items, rice, appetizers, cooked items and drinks etc.
Vegetable salad - The chef was generous with the portion, which was huge. Salad was fresh and crunchy, and it goes well with the sesame sauce provided for us to mix with.
深海池魚 sashimi - Sashimi was cut into very thin slices and when eat alone without dipping anything, it was tasteless and fresh. When dipped onto the pomelo sauce provided, it immediately enhanced the taste and was tasty.
Grilled chicken wing filled with spicy cod roe stuffing - Chicken wing was grilled till juicy and soft, meaty as well. Cod roe was flavourful, going well with the chicken meat.
Grilled asparagus wrapped with pork - Asparagus was grilled till crunchy and chewy and the pork was slightly salty and flavourful.
Pan fried foie gras - The size of foie gras was considered huge, and was placed on top of a toast. Toast was soft and crispy and foie gras was very soft and oily, almost melting in my mouth.
Beef fried rice - Fried rice was chewy and not sticky at all. Beef was plentiful, and was tender and soft as well. I add some spicy seasoning powder to enhance the taste.
Mango soda - It was gassy and refreshing, with strong mango taste.
