寿司時間到!去了枡,新地方。地點方便,個廣告很大你一定認得出。裝修很金碧輝煌。不是傳統日本木的裝修。中環食店,本想一定有保證。hmmm...其實,不是太差,只是可以更加好。話明寿司時間,我一定叫寿司定食。慣例,有沙律、燉蛋、小食、寿司、咖啡或甜品。沙律,菜新鮮,醋好味。小食茄子,正!個汁弄得好!燉蛋,太老,沒味。寿司的魚其實合格水準,夠鮮,飯也握得適中。當然我之前comment 的餐廳好食點。薑,不乾也甜。最奇怪的是叫咖啡要加錢10or 20 元😥不明。所以叫了茘枝雪糕是溶的。😰😰服務員service - fair enuf.其實個人認為如果燉蛋再好點,甜品弄好點(溶給客人不是太好吧) ,飲品不好無理加那麼多錢(如有特別另計),整個餐會令人更滿足得多,全因壽司材料不差。加油!

最奇怪的是叫咖啡要加錢10or 20 元😥不明。所以叫了茘枝雪糕是溶的。😰😰
服務員service - fair enuf.

其實個人認為如果燉蛋再好點,甜品弄好點(溶給客人不是太好吧) ,飲品不好無理加那麼多錢(如有特別另計),整個餐會令人更滿足得多,全因壽司材料不差。

3樣前菜都係好機械式的成品,QUALITY係OK,但係感覺冇乜誠意

壽司刺身部份:
壽司刺身的魚生冇乜光澤,有D乾,但係食落都幾新鮮,係三文魚麻麻地冇乜鮮味,
壽司飯軟硬舒中,飯身結實
熟食部分:
左上吉列蠔,我唔食蠔,俾左人食,佢話幾好味
中上鐵板燒牛肉薄燒,呢個都幾好食,不過好爆嘅係,上菜時問了香港人WAITER 是什麼,佢居然答我地係煮物,侍應先生其實唔清楚可以唔好亂答!
右上燒鯖魚,外皮焦香,魚身都有汁唔算乾,唔錯
仲當仲配有一碗飯,飯是日本米,但係致命的是飯很乾,真係粒粒分明,同埋係碗飯唔係熱的


最後可選擇COFFEE($20 EXTRA),TEA OR DESSERT
甜品係 TARO POTATO ICE CREAM,即係香芋雪糕
可惜吃下去是牛奶公司的感覺,SERIOUSLY?!

整體上食物質素只是緊緊合格,環境都算舒服,只係有啲嘈吵
但係性價比低,JUST DON'T REALLY WORTH THE MONEY
SIGNATURE DISH 也只是一般貨色
可能我好PICKY,但係我會EXPECT MORE AT SUCH PRICING
食物只係好流水作業的端到客人面前
少了一份傳統日本菜的熱誠同細心
題外話/補充資料: 同行者叫了WEEKLY SPECIAL,MENU上相片中的 SET是 SOBA 但上菜卻變了烏冬,很失望落單時沒REMIND顧客, 但係向侍應反映後MANAGE也有立刻來FOLLOW件事, 值得一讚

Special Promotion之Tuna Tartar Trio – Spicy, Yuzu, & Crunchy Mayo($85):我地兩個都同意應該由右手邊o既柚子味食起,向左移會越食越濃味。右手邊o既柚子吞拿魚粒粒酸酸甜甜;中間o既意日混合兒之「混醬」吞拿魚他他以橄欖油、醋、及沙律醬調味,加上魚子喺面,質感最滑,味道偏甜;左手邊o既Kimchi吞拿魚他他"fuse"得唔錯,唔會太辣,溝埋中間嗰款「混醬吞拿魚」更另有一番風味
!小肥建議餐廳應該考慮長期供應依味咁有創意o既醒胃fusion菜式!

有樣野不得不提o既就係餐牌紙造o既內頁頗為「巢」皮殘舊,且有不少醬汁痕跡,用膳時又有兩隻唔知蚊定烏蠅o既物體飛黎飛去,令XO仔幾反感
,故此扣咗餐廳兩分衛生分。

總結,位於中環o既Masu其實位置同室內環境都幾唔錯,唯一大廈前面條樓梯有少少歧視行動不便之食客;年紀唔細o既大肥爸爸一聽到要行樓梯就第一個灑哂手拎埋頭話冇興趣試
。雖則Masu主打爐端燒料理,但小弟覺得師傅所精心炮製o既魚生卷物交燒物更為出色,其吞拿魚及海膽限定菜式尤其嶄新美味,兼且大件夾抵食。此外,外籍服務生落力有禮,工作不假手於人,事事親力親為,值得嘉許。見FF表妹食到讚不絕口,小肥表哥用AE埋單又有九折優惠,可以話係「雙贏」呀

I never fail to point out the obvious fact that there are a lot of Japanese restaurants in Hong Kong. While it is difficult to say who serve the best Japanese food, it is much easier to decide who serve the best sake, and MASU Robatayaki & Sushi is definitely one of them. This is hardly surprising, given that the restaurant is run by Privé Group, those guys who run Common Room, Privé and Levels and are often responsible for your weekly hangovers.

When the restaurant introduced a 9-course Sake Pairing Menu, available from 24 October 2013 to 7 November 2013, I knew it would be pretty awesome. Priced at $680 per person, this menu not only comes with a great selection of food but more importantly some very fine sakes. While I had an amazing time catching up with a group of friends over this sake dinner, this would be equally great for romantic dinner dates, where you can impress your loved ones with some exclusive sakes over dinner and continue the night at one of the nearby bars or clubs.

(1) The appetiser platter arrived, and I liked the crab meat with salmon roes the most, as it was delicate and fresh. These were paired with Masumi Namazake Ginjo, a chilled sake which was mellow and very easy to drink.

(2) The assorted sashimi, of tuna, hamachi and scallop, were paired with Sohamare Hiyaoroshi Junmai Ginjo, a fruity sake. The scallops were soft and pristine, but the tuna could have been sliced a tad thicker for a better bite.

(3) The seared salmon sushi, yellow tail sushi, toro sushi and Masu Roll followed. The toro had an enticingly strong fatty taste (unlike some toro that feels fatty but doesn't taste that way), and I also adored the combination of ingredients on the Masu Roll. The pairing Yoshi Dai Junmai Daiginjo was sweet with a good level of rice flavour, and matched the sushi nicely.

(5) The beef sukiyaki was paired with Tedorigawa Junmai Yamahai, a dry sake. The sukiyaki sauce was well tuned and the beef had an excellent taste and texture. The extra springy noodles were also moreish!

(6) The assorted robata, of asparagus, minced chicken balls and kogoshima pork belly was paired with Rihaku Taruzake. The kogoshima pork belly had an exquisite pork taste, and the asparagus was expertly chargrilled. The minced chicken balls were too soft, but they were salvaged by a very delightful sauce.

The sake was served in a masu, after which the restaurant is named. It was a wooden box that was initially used to measure rice and eventually became a container for artisanal sakes, and we drank from the corner of the masu where some salt was sprinkled. The sake acquired a strong and exciting woody taste from the masu, which was in harmony with the chargrill taste of the robata.

(7) The assorted tempura, of shrimp, kisu, nasu and sisito, was paired with a sparkling Dassai Sparkling Junmai Daiginjo. The tender, supple kisu (whiting fish) tempura was the winner in this dish. I couldn't really remember whether the pairing worked, as we downed the sparkling sake like we did champagne!

(8) The cold thin ramen was beyond reproach - the smooth, springy texture was exactly how I dreamed of it to be! I generally quite like the noodles at Masu.

(9) The last course was our dessert. Having tried the Japanese peach ice cream before, I went for the tofu ice cream. The ice cream was really icy when it was served, but after a bit of thawing, it was delicious with a perceptible soy taste. The kitchen's offerings have so far been quite inspiring, so I hope their flair will soon extend to the dessert section of the menu!

The food at dinner was overall accomplished, but it was the impressive sake which made the occasion so memorable for me. I do hope my friends and readers who come for this sake dinner will have as great a night as I did

之前到Masu 都是吃午飯多, 晚飯只吃過一兩次 , 因為沒有甚麼特別 。 上星期朋友告之他們聘請了 Nobu 師父加盟, 還推出了Omakase。 於是昨晚就到場試試。昨天有幸地坐在主厨Michael前,欣賞他給我們預備的每一道菜式。Michael之前除了在Nobu工作, 還在日本及韓國工作多年 。對食材的知識不用多說。第一道菜式是Toro Tartar。Toro 上放上黑魚子。還有金箔及Hana Ho (花穗)作裝飾,配上紅酒喬頭。Hana Ho有紫蘇葉味,我很喜歡把它弄碎放到汁料裏一起吃。 這道菜真的好像一件藝術品。  第二道菜式是魚生沙律, 用料很新鮮但不是太特別。第三道菜式是mixed Sashimi platter. 基本上是用當天最靚的魚生,我們這天有Sanma , Matai , Toro belly。Sanma 卷着海膽,Matai (秋刀魚)當造,油份十分高,Toro Belly 當然是入口即溶。第四道及第五道菜式是天婦羅及銀雪魚西京燒 。 雖然不是很特別但做得非常出色。 其實上次來試過他們的鱈場蟹天婦羅, 他們可以考慮把它放到這個菜單中。跟著是吃今晚我最喜愛的壽司

跟著是吃今晚我最喜愛的壽司, 一共有5件,分別是 Saba , Hamachi belly ,& Yaki Tamago , 秋刀and Gindara Saikyu Yaki , 每件壽司都很特別及新鮮 , 秋刀魚壽司加入明太子 , Michael還把油金魚腩壽司放在手掌中火灼, 嘆為觀止。 立魚壽司配上特制酸梅醬。 每件壽司都調好味,成晚一滴豉油都冇落過。

最後Michael還請我吃了一件beef roll, 裏面卷着的是Asparagus Tempura, 外面是美國Rib Eye 及明太子Toro 醬, 再加上少許 乾蒜粒,很有創意! Michael話下次会用和牛,但其實我一直都是美國牛支持者!
這餐飯埋單每人八百元, 十分超值, 一定會再回來!Michael話下次會再帶給我新的Surprise ,很期待!

I am french and have been living in HK for over 3 years now, and that is the FIRST restaurant that have been really outstanding in terms of service.
Staff are very polite, respectful and quiet. They understand what you want and always find a solution, as opposite to others places where they just 1/ or dont understand english 2/ or just dont think of a solution.
When I mean solutions, I mean if the aircon is too cold, if you dont like one fish in the sushi set, if you dont know what to order, if you want to see in a quiet place...Well they foresee and find a solution to all kind of issues you may have.

Also, very very polite and elegant, nice. In general, in HK, people are tough or even rude, their english is limited (we already went to open rice recommended restaurant and asked for a menu, they did NOT understand!!, usually, just SALT is not understandable for staff...)

Now the food. The food is delicious. We tried a lot. The rolls, the special menu, the cod set, the beef set, etc. The miso soup is very good (just I d say too expensive...50HKD), the egg custard is very good. The icecream is the best I had in HK.

Their sea urchin is very fresh, and the avocado is always soft and tasty.

A very good quality value place.

I've been too slow with my reviews lately. The restaurants in my last two reviews had already folded when I published the reviews! 
 So I'm just going to keep it quick and simple from now on.

Masu:

Masu is located near LKF/Entertainment building. It has a pretty nice calming dark coloured decor (similar to Ana Gura), with a robotayaki area facing the open kitchen and widely spaced-out tables in the middle (perhaps a bit bigger than Ana Gura). 

We went there early so we could still order their value lunch sets (it think you have to place your order before 12:30p.m.). 

The menu, which was in Japanese and English, had most standard lunch sets such as sushi sets, sashimi sets, sashimi dons, various types of tempura and grilled cod set.

We ordered a "Three Don Set" and a "Grilled Cod Set". 

Dons:

Both sets came with salad. Just normal salad with a bit of ponzu. No complaints.

The steamed egg (chawan mushi) was decent. It had ginko in it. But not as good as the one in Sagano, which used scallops, scrimps and a lot of quality dashi.

Both sets also came with miso soup. Normal yellow miso soup with silk tofu. Authentic and good - not to be taken for granted.

You could choose 3 dons out of a number of dons. I choose tempura, negi toro (minced tuna) and a sashimi don in order to test their mettle. 


Negi toro don:
 This was good. Very nice Japanese rice. The minced toro was pretty fresh. They could have added a lot more negi in my opinion.  They had a little bit of mild negi (almost none), onions and gourd, served with good quality, properly grated wasaibi.

The sesame enhanced the taste as well. 

There is an interesting Japanese way of eating negi toro: Mix the grated wasabi with soy sauce and then pour the whole mixture on the rice. 


I was very happy with this.



Chi ra shi Sashimi don: The prawn was still moving in my don
- very fresh indeed!

Good hamachi, akami and salmon. Again, the quality of the sushi rice was good. The vinegar level was just right.

Tempura Don: This "Tendon" was just average however. The batter was thin and crunchy but a tad oily. The prawn was fresh but the oiliness spoiled it a little. Just OK.

It's very rare to get such good quality sashimi, toro and rice at this price (below HK$160). They got pretty much everything right. All in all, I was a happy man.

More than 7 inches long and about 1 inch thick. That's almost double the size of a normal cod set.

The piece of cod had a lot of fish oil. The timing was good and the flavour was rich.

My wife was quite happy with it. But becuase of the large amount of fish oil and the rich taste, she could only finish half of it. I gladly finished up the rest.

 



Conclusion: 

The service was very good. The manageress, who spoke fluent Japanese and English, was polite and efficient.

題外話/補充資料: 吃吞拿魚茸飯時可將山葵與醬油混合後倒入飯內吃。 但吃其他料理時就不應這樣吃, 會十分失禮。 因為吃不同壽司和刺身, 所用的山葵和醬油的份量會有不同的。(當然按個人口味來調整。) 如山葵與醬油混合後便不能再作調整, 變成每種都一樣味。 所以提議將山葵和醬油分開。山葵可夾在碟上, 點了醬油後才將喜歡的份量放在魚生上。

It was only the two of us - so clearly, we had ordered too much. It had quite an extensive menu and we wanted to try a little bit of everything. The menu covers every Japanese foodie’s need - from tempura to fresh sushi and sashimi platters. Not to mention its choice of skewers!
We decided to order the onsen egg with uni (sea urchin) as our appetizer along with a signature ‘Masu’ salad. The salad had a lot of salmon and the portion was huge! It was one of my favourite dishes for the night. The salad dressing was light and tasty.
As our entree, we decided to share a large sashimi platter. It was really fresh and nicely presented in the bowl. The platter also includes two slices of the toro which is probably the star of the show. The chefs used the heads of the prawns to make us a miso soup. In addition, we had also ordered a tuna sushi special - which features tuna in five ways.
After eating all the sushi and sashimi, I really craved for something that was cooked. So I chose to order a mushroom skewer. It was nicely seasoned but I didn’t think it was particularly memorable - compared to the other dishes!
Overall, it was a good experience - service and food were both great! The lack of customers was probably a good think because the waiters ended up being able to provide better service for us. In terms of the price, it is leaning close to the expensive side. For our meal it cost around $600 - $700 per person. But then again the number of dishes we ordered would have fed three people without any problems. Since then, we have returned back a few times and it’s definitely a restaurant worth trying out!

For sashimi, we were told that all sashimi are imported from Japan every day. We ordered the Fatty tuna, Botan ebi, Hamachi, Akagai and Fatty salmon! All were super yummy and is a MUST TRY!

For hot food, there are lots of choices of Robotaya like seafood (kinki fish/prawn/scallop), pork, beef, chicken, veggie and animals inner part!
They also served special tempura like sea-urchin and Japanese crab leg meat. The crab leg meat tempura are wrapped with shi-so (Perilla) with sesame sauce and this is another must-try dish!

蛋卷燒得挺恰到好處的,仍流着點點蛋汁,質感也軟綿
不過蛋香實在欠奉,有點敗興之感

Masu offers an extensive lunch set menu. Today, I decided on trying the bento box lunch set. Each set comes with soup, salad, steamed egg, and dessert.The bento box has a great combination of 5 pieces of sashimi, 5 pieces of sushi, then 2 fried oysters, grilled beef tongue and grilled mackerel. The sashimi is very fresh and I can tell it's good quality. The sushi also came with very high quality ingredients such as uni! The bento box has a great combination of 5 pieces of sashimi, 5 pieces of sushi, then 2 fried oysters, grilled beef tongue and grilled mackerel. The sashimi is very fresh and I can tell it's good quality. The sushi also came with very high quality ingredients such as uni! Then I was surprised that the tempura it came with is actually fried oysters since usual bento box would only come with vegetable tempura. So that definitely made me feel like the set is a good value. The oysters were hot and fried perfectly. I usually don't eat beef tongues, but these were very well marinated and super tender!The least favorite out of the bunch is probably the grilled fish. It's too overcooked so it's very dry. Overall, this is a great bento box for people that don't know what to order because you basically get to have a little bit of everything. The service was great here as well, never did I need to ask someone go fill my tea or to take my dishes away. I would definitely want to come back for other choices!

They brought out the evening's specials - flown in that day from Tokyo's Tsujiki market (all their fish is flown in daily). Red Gurnard, Kinki Fish, Arc Shells, Clams, Flying Fish... beautifully fresh. we opted for the Hobo (red gurnard) as sashimi.

We started with beef tataki - nice little bite sized morsels. Balanced flavours.

Overall we were really impressed with this restaurant. So often the sashimi really falls short of expectation, but here it was fresh and full of flavour. Quality was some of the best we have had - reminded me of Sushi Sase on Hollywood Road, without the hefty price tag. Cooked food was also top notch.

We are sometimes spoiled for choice when it comes to decent Japanese restaurants in Hong Kong. However, something that is a bit different from the usual, traditional Japanese fare is the Sakura Tasting Menu that MASU Robatayaki & Sushi is currently offering.

Run by the Privé Group, MASU is located in On Hing Building on On Hing Terrace, the building where some of your favourite clubs, such as PLAY, Billion Club and Levels, are situated. Opened in April 2012, MASU is a bright, spacious and modern eatery that serves, as its name suggests, robatayaki and a range of other Japanese foods.

As some of you may know, the Sakura season, also known as the Cherry Blossom season, is the time in spring when cherry blossoms bloom in Japan. The peak of the season varies every year and varies across different regions in the country, and this year, it is roughly between March and May. The Sakura Tasting Menu is a 5-course menu which costs $480 per head. The set dinner includes one alcoholic cocktail, and features various Sakura petals-infused dishes. As MASU sources all its sashimi and most of its other ingredients directly from Japan, this set dinner is very reasonably priced. The tasting menu is only available until mid-May, so do go in the next few weeks if you would like to try it.

(1) The first course on the menu was a Homemade Sakura Tofu with Sea Urchin and Salmon Roe. The tofu was slightly pink as it was made with sakura petals, which also gave it a subtle sweetness. The homemade tofu was delightfully creamy, and the sea urchin and salmon roe added extra flavours to it.

(2) The second course was the Seasonal Sakura Shrimp, Flounder Fish, and Prime Tuna Sashimi. The tuna tasted attractively fresh, and the flounder fish, touched by a bit of lime juice, was delicious. These tiny shrimps are called sakura shrimps as they are only available during the sakura season; they have been flown directly from Japan and are only available at some of the Japanese restaurants in Hong Kong. They had a crunchier texture than normal shrimps as they were meant to be eaten together with the shells.

(3) The Sakura Roll, Botan Shrimp, and Hokkaido Sea Urchin Sushi followed. The sea urchin and the botan shrimp were delectable, and the latter was plump and melted adoringly in the mouth. The Sakura roll, topped with sea urchin and salmon roe, had some sakura leaves wrapped in it, which gave the roll a layer of crispy texture.

(4) The Shimeiji Mushroom wrapped with Kagoshima Pork Belly, Bamboo Shoot with fresh sweet Miso Dip, and Beef with Garlic and Ginger Sauce were smartly presented on an elongated platter. My favourite was the Shimeiji mushroom, as the crispy pork belly wrapped around it was perfectly complementary with its softness. The bamboo shoot was beautifully seasoned and was excitingly crisp, and the beef with garlic and ginger sauce was enticingly fatty and indulgent.

(5) The Sakura Shrimp and Mixed Vegetable Tempura served with Inaniwa Udon was the last course before the dessert. I had already tried raw Sakura Shrimps in my second course, so it was interesting to try eating a deep fried version of them. The flavour of the tempura was good, but I wished it was a tad crunchier and less oily.

(6) The dessert was Ice Cream, which you could choose from three flavours: peach, lychee and mango. I had a really difficult time choosing, so the manager kindly offered to let me pick two flavours instead of one! The lychee flavour was tropical and pleasant, but it was the peach ice cream that I liked the most - it had an alluring sweetness of juicy Japanese peaches.

The menu also included a Sakura Cocktail, but I didn't ask for it as I didn't feel like drinking that day.

This Sakura Tasting Menu is a great way to celebrate the beautiful Sakura season here in Hong Kong!

朋友本來打算吃西班牙菜,但經店員熱情招徠,就到這來了.我們選了沙發位, 2人L型地坐, 有點有趣可能是週中的關係,除了我們,只有2枱客人.我們選了SEASONAL MENU, 還有SAKE前菜小吃X2沙律X2刺身X2海胆蒸旦X2燒青魚+燒雞柳味噌湯X2壽司+魚生飯豆腐雪糕+綠茶雪糕待應每次上菜也會細心解釋是什麼東東, 很周到!前菜不錯~ 喜歡左下角那個刺身也很好~很新鮮,而且厚薄適中最喜歡的是沙拉裡的脆脆~~ YUMMY~YUMMY<3蒸蛋出奇地好吃!!我一向都不愛吃日式蒸蛋,因為很淡味而且很鞋口我也一直不吃海胆...但它們配搭在一起竟然很好吃!!海胆為淡而無味的蒸蛋添上鮮味~而蒸蛋讓我有勇氣吃海胆燒青魚+燒雞柳青魚很好味, 一點也不腥~雞柳就...比一般的好吃, 很滑但可以的話我會要多條青魚, 或TRY TRY 燒薯仔味噌湯一向都不是我口味,所以都只是喝了一口,吃了裡頭的紫菜就算了~順帶一提,裡頭的料不多呢...壽司+魚生飯都是一般貨色, 但較新鮮在舒適的環境下吃, 可能好吃一點吧雪糕對我這個SWEET LOVER來說, 簡直是是晚重點豆腐那個比較一般...但抹茶那個真的好好

蒸蛋出奇地好吃!!
我一向都不愛吃日式蒸蛋,因為很淡味而且很鞋口
我也一直不吃海胆...但它們配搭在一起竟然很好吃!!
海胆為淡而無味的蒸蛋添上鮮味~而蒸蛋讓我有勇氣吃海胆

燒青魚+燒雞柳
青魚很好味, 一點也不腥~
雞柳就...比一般的好吃, 很滑
但可以的話我會要多條青魚, 或TRY TRY 燒薯仔


味噌湯
一向都不是我口味,所以都只是喝了一口,吃了裡頭的紫菜就算了~
順帶一提,裡頭的料不多呢...

壽司+魚生飯
都是一般貨色, 但較新鮮
在舒適的環境下吃, 可能好吃一點吧

對我這個SWEET LOVER來說, 簡直是是晚重點

豆腐那個比較一般...但抹茶那個真的好好味!!

SAKE也是一大重點~但因為是朋友ORDER的,所以不知什麼名字
帶點甜,很易入口

而且還可以讓客人自己選杯子~HAHA
看見隔離枱有個蒸餾器似的蒸餾SAKE, 很有趣!!
店員給了我們一杯來試~ 比我們的濃一點, 但有餘韻~~

這個晚上真的很好~
美食配舒服的環境, 店員服務更是一流!!
走的時候才發現這裡開了只有幾個月
希望保持到水準吧!!
有機會一定要再去~

老友真係唔話得, 我生日請我嚟一間咁高級嘅masu日本料理晚膳masu主打係爐端燒當然亦有新鮮魚生刺身, 和食等等...佢地嘅食材用料講究, 每日都有日本直送不同嘅活魚及各類海產由於我地即慶嘅關係,果日服務員安排咗一張四人枱比我地, 我地兩個人當然坐得寬敞舒適啦 坐底冇耐, 經理就過嚟同我地介紹今日有嘜日本直送嘅海產, 我地即時order咗針魚及象拔蚌。生日, 酒又點可以唔飲番少少呢...我地就叫咗枝純米吟釀.醉心。 這清酒比較辛口, 酒味濃。因為果日人客都不少比較忙,經理 怕我地等得太耐, 好細心地安排咗雞泡魚干比我地先送送酒 唔駛錢,最好 haha 之後已急不及待開始爐端燒,雞肉丸個幾好味,和牛串真係超好味,燒得剛剛好,牛味勁濃,肉汁好juicy,正,燒蝦肉質好嫩又彈牙,蝦頭仲有好多蝦膏,好味,經理推介Kinki魚,話每日日本直送,條魚個樣好似無乜特別,但燒完之後可以成條企直放係碟度,都幾特別。條魚外脆內嫩,燒得真係唔錯,但係就880蚊條,有d貴囉……服務都好好。其餘的美食我都不再多講了我倆全吃清光。不是我跨張…一試便知啊!!下次我都會找他呢!
